Castle Medical Group

I was so happy with my doctor here. I went to the hospital for the same issues a few days ago and was made to feel by the doctor I was wasting their time. This GP however was wonderful. She listened to my concern and took time to explain everything so I understood. I really felt heard.

I went to A&E recently for a medical issue that had gotten out of control, and the receptionist there told me off and asked me, Why haven't you been to your GP sooner??" the reason is this - unfortunately my GP is Castle Medical Group. I have never been spoken to in such a rude and belittling way as the receptionists do here. I am made to feel stupid over the phone

Myself and my partner have left to go with another doctors, which is only a few metres walk inside the same building as castle medical group!! They used to be Kingfisher practice however they were taken over by this group. When it was kingfisher practice they were good, however Castle medical group are poor, hence why myself and my partner are now leaving. Just to give you an idea my partner gets a B12 jab every three months, but now has to go three miles up the road to the other castle group medical practice to get the jab, oh yeah she has to collect her own prescription from the chemist and take it to the other doctors. Are new practice will do the jab in the same building!!

Absolutely Shocking Surgery Got 2 Surgeries Yet Never Any Appointments. Final Straw Was Calling This Morning 30Times To Be Put On Hold For 30Mins & Then Be Told Sorry No Appointments Left For Today... Place is a joke will be leaving straight away. No consideration for ongoing health concerns either

I accidentally came to Castle medical group as I didn’t know that Larkside practice and Castle medical group are not the same surgeries which is based in the same building. The rude lady at reception gave a face mask to my partner but once she heard that we belong to Larkside practice she refused give the face mask to me and asked to get one from Larkside practice. I several times kindly asked for face mask as I didn’t want to walk without mask through the people who were standing in the queue behind me. However, the lady at reception ignored me and told go get one from Larkside practice. The lady behind me were shocked. So huge difference between those two surgeries Larkside practice treat me like private surgery. Definitely I not recommend Castle medical group and happy to be with Larkside.

If I could give no stars to this dreadful surgery. You can never get appointments you call at 8am on the dot and the lines are full. When you eventually get through no appointments- this has happened to me for 2 weeks solid. The receptionists are rude and very unhelpful. I really hope some patients are not seriously Ill with cancer undiagnosed because by the time you’d get an appointment here it will be TOO LATE! Do not use this surgery if you can find elsewhere go as your health is at risk here !!! I have written to the NHS complaints and awaiting a reply

Not happy. Had to get a sick note was told to go on line to get it. Seen my manager @ work. Told her my probs getting a sick note. My manager told me I had to go on the Pratice website. Why didn't the colleagues in the practice not tell me this. MORE TRAINING PLEASE. WE ARE NOT ALL COMPUTER LITTERATE. PLEASE DON'T TALK TO US AS WE ARE IMBECCIELES. TELL US TO GO ON THE PRACTICE WEBSITE!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE1 secretary who always states im new i don't know" they sit talking without acknowledging you. Struggle with appointments and medication is a faff. Incompetent and rude which is the worst"

Excellent Practice I have used you for year's. I spoke to Paula on the Reception today and found her to be very helpful in answering my questions. Wishing you all a Very Happy Christmas and New Year and keep up all your hard work...
