Conscious Energy

I don't think my words will be able to suitably convey how extraordinary this company are.I decided to embark on the adventure of switching from a Gas boiler to an environmentally friendly ASHP and I could not have completed my tortuous journey without the help and support of Conscious Energy.I had been horrifically let down by another company, who had walked off mid job and left me without heating and hot water in the middle of winter.I didn't know what I was going to do, who was going to want to take on someone else's half started installation work. Then one evening, whilst getting my EPC conducted, I found myself being put in touch with Conscious Energy.From the first moment of dealing with this company, I was made to feel cared for and respected. They offered to provide electric heaters, free of charge, to help me to heat my home because of my situation even though I wasn't their customer yet. Jack was enthusiastic and responsive from the first conversation. He was able to answer all my questions, engaged with me on to identify what options were available that would suit my needs and choices and never once made me feel pressured.Then I met the installer, Ian. When he came to perform the survey, he was polite, respectful of my property, really seemed to know his stuff and took the time to discuss my options with me.I paid my deposit on the Friday for work to start 2 weeks hence. On the Sunday night I was receiving a call to say they'd had a cancellation, they had thought of me and could bring my job forward.They put liners and matting down to protect the carpets from their comings and going and the radiator changes. They tidied up after themselves and made modifications to my radiator covers when we realised that the pipework was different to my old radiators.What started out as such a soul destroying situation with one company was completely turned around by the amazing and thoughtful personnel at Conscious Energy.I cannot begin to thank Jack, Ian, Courteney and the rest of the Conscious Energy team enough for their kindness, help and support to make this winter a little less bleak.

This is my first and probably last review.But this company just deserves to take 15 minutes to do it.Step by step review- pre-order service (50+ email) 5+     Star(*)- scaffolding 5*-1th roofers solar on roof NO COMMENT...-Troubleshooting(30 email) 5*-1th electrician (just 20min conversion)-2nd roofers 4.5*-2nd electrician 5+* (amazing)-SERVICE AFTER FINAL PAYMENT 5*( yes 5 STARS unheard of in most companies )-All paperwork,certificate,warranty... 5*-2nd electrician + 3th Roofer 5*(is possible to do everything just correct and not tell client next person do it ")-DoneI will not describe the details

I speak as I find. Initial contact was with Wendy, very pleasant and courteous, dealt with my enquiry and helped with the forms, very good.Contact with director ( Lee? ) I enquired about an update and got what I asked for, helpful and courteous.Scaffold team turned up on time and did a good job.Roofers came next day and installed 12 panels in very hot temperatures. I kept them hydrated with cold drinks and they were very appreciative, they completed a very good install and cleared away behind them selves, very good.Director attended site and explained a slight alteration. Very courteous.The three Daniels ( electricians) called me next morning and told me exactly what time they would arrive.Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Tall Daniel was exceedingly helpful and went through everything in a clear way. They cleared everything behind themselves.Mention for Will who did the survey, again, very good.I have no hesitation in recommending this company.If there is a need for me to call them I feel confident they will respond.Overall, excellent.Well done guys!!

No show from these guys I’mAfraid for a home assessment.Didn’t bother to call the day before like they said they would then no show. I also called on the day and asked why no show to be be told someone would get back to me and they didn’t bother.I found out indirectly that ‘as they are so busy they didn’t need the work’.Meanwhile since I used their website and gave my details I’ve received lots more spam email targeting me for loans and the like. Looks like they sold my details!The person who took my initial enquiry was not fully versed in every main product which is poor (knew about heat pumps but knew nothing about solar). He said to wait for the home assessment which of course never came.

I contacted Conscious Energy about a large solar/battery installation at my house and all the way through to the installation.....and after, they were fantastic. Always got a response from phone calls/emails and I was very impressed with how smooth and how professional they were, even when I changed things. I was lucky to get a fast installation date given how much solar installs are in demand so please bear with them if you get in touch with them as everyone wants solar now. The installers were a cracking bunch of lads, very friendly and polite. I'm a bit of a electronics geek but was impressed with how there were able to fit the Inverter and batteries into the small space I had and kept it tidy. Thoroughly recommend them.
