The assessment was highly beneficialThe assessment was highly beneficial, and Simon was thorough and talked me through issues identified and areas to consider.What I learnt as part of the assessment• ventilation is equally as important as insulation, our house lacks sufficient ventilation, and we should look at solutions to address this problem and consider ventilating our house more often.• Whilst our house needs some improvement, on the whole it’s in good condition.• We would benefit from Solar panels, unfortunately there is no government grant for this at the moment.• Cavity insulation has been incorrectly installed at a number of houses causing major issues with damp and cost to remove, Simon identified our cavity insulation is OK and not a cause for concern.• We have areas of damp in our building and not knowing who the best person to contact is, Simon helped to point me in the right direction.• We plan to build an extension in the next year or so and will consider putting solar panels on the roof as part of this investment based on the proposal sent through from target.Target provided a professional and informative service and would thoroughly recommend and endorse it.

I am so glad I attended one of Simon's seminars explaining what Target C02 offer.A number of my rental properties had EPC's with D's and E's and I was at a loss of how to achieve C's without spending thousands.Simon advised the most cost effective way for me to achieve a C on each property.The service I have received from start to finish has been brilliant. Had wall ties, cavity wall insulation and first time central heating installed in our 1936 semi detached house. Ben was super helpful from start to finish and dealt with all the paperwork for us behind the scenes that the council require to get the ball rolling. Could not be happier with the service I received. The companies that came to do the work on the house were all friendly and hardworking which is all you can ask for.

I wasn't sure at first if the grants would be totally free. Thought there must be a catch as nothing is normally free. But all true never paid a penny for any of the work carried out. These free government grants are a god send with electric and gas prices going through the roof at present and the foreseeable future. The insulation measures also helped me increase the EPC on my property. So win win win. I have recommend this company to some of my friends and a landlord friend who target say they can also help.
