I thought initially that I was impressed with the service of this trader. I have had the purchased car since 17th of July and have already paid £242 for warped front disc brakes and £120 for a new front tyre. In addition the stop start system is not working. Nor was the v5c form sent

Salmoon was very kind, professional and friendly all the way through the process. He explained everything with lots of detail, which I really appreciated. There was a problem with the car which flagged up before I picked it up, but he made sure it was all fixed and in order before I came to collect it. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend due to such professionalism.

Sol was magnificent. I cannot fault his customer service skills. He made the entire process stress and hassle free for me. At no point did he try to pressure me in buying a car. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even put a battery into my keyfob for free. I would highly recommend him to all. What an amazing experience. I found the car I was looking for, online, at Wellgate Car Sales but they were about 150 miles from me. Sol was so helpful - even showing me the minor scratches etc by video call so that I could make my decision without physically viewing. Plus he drove the car to me when he was let down by the transport company. Sol's attention to detail was second to none. Well done.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Excellent communication from Sol and a really fair and honest salesman. I never felt once pressured to buy.
