Staybridge Suites Brighton, an IHG Hotel

Stayed in this apartment for a week whilst attending Congress 2023 . As soon as we arrived I was impressed by the customer service we received. This continued throughout our whole stay and was consistent with all their staff, including the hospitality and kitchen staff.The apartment itself was stunning - very clean, modern, and quirky . The shower was fabulous and an usual but lovely design. Having had a thorough inspection, our little fridge and all kitchen appliances were also all immaculately clean ...We had a beautiful view from our bedroom windows, but due to being on a high floor, the patio doors were locked up, with no other small windows for ventilation after the shower.Breakfast was varied, beautifully presented across two rooms, and regularly replenished by the staff. I definitely favoured the waffle maker!All in all, the only reason why I haven't given a full 5* for the location is although it's jist down the road from the train station, the hotel is also right next to a very filthy looking lift right outside. It could also be better lit at night time as it gets very dark around there walking around as females at night.Definitely my first choice if I return to Brighton in the future

I had a brilliant stay at Staybridge Suites - the rooms are lovely and modern with a very functional kitchen (there is even a mini dishwasher tucked away!). Staff are excellent - Marila checked me in and was lovely. Also, when I left my earphones behind they were able to find them and kept them for me for a week until I was next in Brighton, with good communication all the way through. The one downside was that the TV aerial didn't seem to work, and nor did casting from my phone or tablet. I didn't raise this however as I was only staying one night, and I'm sure the staff would have helped fix it if I'd asked. I hope to be back in due course!

Staff very friendly, efficient & helpful. A sincere welcome on our arrival which was very late at night. Good service very good at breakfast. Again, staff were helpful & extremely polite.The Staybridge is just a few minutes walk from the rail station. The lift down to the hotel - sadly -was not working so we had to use the stairs.This was a pity.Thank you to Shah, the night manager. A very helpful & polite young man. We enjoyed our stay.

Located right next to the railway station, it may or may not be a good location for your stay. There aren't any great views and it's 10 minutes from the seafront.Rooms are clean and nicely equipped, a bit low-end corporate feeling, but good value for Brighton. Breakfast was a mixed bag and a bit chaotic, but adds to the value prop.
