Charlotte's professionalism is evident from the first moment you meet her.When she met Lola she built an instant rapport, she was gentle but firm, stroking and feeling for mats and tangles. Lola was even padding as a result.Charlotte asked all the right questions to get the background and assess Lola's temperament.Even though Lola did not appreciate the attention Charlotte was gentle and the consumate professional through out the process.I'm very happy with the service and the result and would recommend Charlotte to anyone.

One of my cats had several patches of bad matting and would get quite aggressive if I tried to sort it out myself. I was expecting it to be a similarly stressful experience when Charlotte came over, but she was so gentle and efficient that my cat did not mind it at all! I'm so glad I booked the appointment as her fur looks and feels so much better now. I really recommend Shabby Tabby Grooming for a friendly and convenient service, along with the most important part: The knowledge that your cat will be treated with lots of kindness and respect.

Wow!!...Charlotte is amazing..i thought my teddy would be the cat she couldnt manage but she was fantastic with him, so patient and calm and we are both beyond happy with his lion cut..he is bouncing around like a kitten...thankyou so much x

Charlotte is fantastic with our 18 year old Persian cat, Simba. He has a ‘Teddy Bear’ cut to help him with his grooming as he is quite arthritic in his hip area now & doesn’t like me brushing him

An amazing lady who manages to relieve my small but very fluffy feline of all her knotty bits! She works with care and kindness and makes our life much less stressful as we don’t have to battle with a knotty, angry kitty. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t use anyone else for our kitty grooming requirements.

Charlotte always displays great empathy for all of our cats, with an instinctive understanding of their different behaviours. Once she has them settled, they are as good as gold and seem to enjoy her attention. So, highly recommended!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS !!! No other way to describe the skills and experience of Charlotte. She is professional, patient, calming, efficient, tidy and above all the most gentle and caring groomer I have ever met. My three Persians, one of whom is particularly nervous and highly strung, were all like putty in her hands. Very, very highly recommended. Thank you Charlotte.
