Excellent service. Immaculately clean and professional. They always fit you in if you have problems prior to your check up. Jay is very good and helpful and explains things nice and clearly. I’m a very nervous patient and he always allows for this and puts me at ease. Reception staff polite and helpful and would highly recommend. Thank you for an excellent service.

Absolutely by far the best dental practice. I had a root canal with Scott this morning and I was so scared but tooth Scott and the lovely dental nurse (can’t remember her name sorry) made me feel at ease, calm and supported me the whole way through. Jay is not my actual dentist but always pops in to make sure I’m okay and has helped me in the past if I ever had any problems. Brilliant team, the best service.. 100% recommended. I have been a patient at Mercian House since 1994 and so have seen many comings and goings. Jay is, in my opinion, the best dentist I have had at the surgery.Over the past two years I have required two extractions at different times. Having been on a course of alendronic acid I was concerned that the sockets would not heal properly or even not at all. Jay spent as much time as I needed to be reassured about the treatment being effective and correct. He did checks on the best practice as recommended by the Liverpool University Dental School. A suitable course of antibiotics and excellent aftercare meant that the sockets healed quickly and without problems.The actual extractions were done quickly and almost painlessly. Going to the dentist now is almost a social event! All the staff are warm and friendly. Keep up the good work, you all deserve the success of a well run dental practice.

I would happily recommend this practice to anyone who is a nervous patient. I was so anxious when I had toothache that it took 8 months to find the courage to find a dentist and having read reviews this had great feedback. The staff here offer a genuinely warm welcome and really do take care of you.They have restored my faith in dentists and I am no longer afraid to go. I can’t thank them enough! I am finally pain free and the cost as pretty reasonable too.

I have been with this dentist for a number of years and recently had to have some extensive treatment, Jay as always is friendly and calm and takes time to tell you what your options are and puts you at ease, the dentists are immaculately clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Scott is the nicest Dentist my wife has ever seen, she suffers from extreme anxiety but he put her completely at ease, he is kind, gentle and professional, job done, multiple extractions, 100% flawless

Dilemma front crown needed re fitting so popped into Merician House Dental Practice job done. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. excellent value for money 5 star quality of service on offer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
