A disappointing experience. My provider got taken over by Qudo. Since the migration of our system I have had to report two issues and was promised a fix. Not fixed. Tried to call today but they are closed. Their answer services tells me to submit a ticket online from their website. I did that only to receive a bounce message from them rejecting my submission. Tried there website chat and after filling out all my details was then told they were closed. I was with Inclarity for about 10 years excellent support but rarely needed. Not a good start with Qudo
