James was welcoming, friendly and professional. Both my daughter and I booked a deep tissue massage, which worked very well for our stiff and tense back and shoulder muscles. James explained the process and what to expect during and after treatment.

Went a couple of weeks ago for a 45 min sports deep tissue massage. James was listening to me with where I had issues(sitting in an office chair for too long and trying to play football at aged 46!) and did a great job. Reasonable pricing and I'll be going be for sure

Wow!! The first person I have been to in my life that has fixed my back ache. Wonderfully deep massage that fixed so many aches. Friendly, comfortable and warm environment. Made me feel comfortable and very knowledgeable.I will definitely be back many times.James is a professional and also assists with exercises to do at home.

Really knows how to find the painful knotts in your back and manipulate the area to feel the release. It just feels like butter in the pan dispersing!.from someone who suffers from scoliosis of the spine n pain its a relief to find a good person, i am currently suffering from an accident of both ankles so look forward to concentrating on back again soon knowing it will make a difference

I've been towing and frowning with doctors for a few months now with my sons ankles. Finally we have there issues explained and muscle repaire excerises to do. Thank you so much James and for the educational lesson!! Very interesting

Brilliant service, I was in so much pain in my shoulder and couldn’t get comfortable but James did a combination of deep massage and acupuncture. 2 sessions within a 7 days period and I am now able to move properly and am sleeping at night again. Thank you
