I am very impressed with the service provided by Jack and Amy at Wyatt’s Automotive. They went over and above to help me with my broken down Jaguar over the last week. It was agreed that the car should be taken to their premises and they arranged for it to be picked up on a transporter. The driver who collected the car was very helpful, polite and efficient. Jack contacted me the next day, to explain that the Engine Control Unit was faulty and showed multiple faults within the car’s systems. He had also discovered an air leak in one of the intake manifolds. He submitted the ECU to his technician for re-programming, but the unit did not respond and Jaguar are apparently unwilling to assist with software or support for this kind of problem. So, Jack advised me to take it to a Jaguar dealership to complete the necessary work. He very kindly organised for his transport agent to collect my car again and take it to Jaguar and also provided them with all the paperwork and explanation of what he had discovered, in order to assist them with the repairs. Jack went out of his way to do all this, even though he was somewhat stymied by Jaguar’s reluctance to assist. I am extremely grateful for all his, and the garage’s excellent service and thoroughly recommend him and Wyatt’s Automotive. Thanks for all your help.

Could not fault Wyatt's at all.Had an emergency issue with my car, they were able to see me the very next morning, talked me through all of the issues and had the repair carried out the very same day. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Really happy with service. I had a brake problem, which Jack explained very well what he needed to do. The workshop is extremely tidy and very well equipped. My car is an older car but this didn't present a problem due to the experience that Jack has got over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone. It's extremely professionally run and a lot better than a lot of other garages I have used.Give it a go you won't be disappointed

Had a full service on my car which was completed while i waited. Jack was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and overall a genuine mechanic who wants to do a good job. Would happily recommend and will be returning whenever I need a mechanic.

Well done Wyatt’s. The expertise you provided for my abs fault on my VW polo was incredible.Professionally found the fault and always kept me and my dad updated. Dropping my car of on Tuesday, Needing my car for the weekend. They got my fault fixed and car MOT done by Thursday night.Will be using this as my local garage from now on.Would recommend to anyone that wants their car in safe hands.

Just had Jack out to fit new front brake pads and very happy with his service and the price! He was able to come to my home, fit the new brake pads for less than I was quoted for another garage in Colchester. He was really professional and honest about the parts and pricing. Will definitely only use him going forward for anything else that needs doing!
