Disgusting service from the women manager, i believe her name is Chris. I had been waiting in the queue for around 6 or 7 mins mins waiting for someone to come and serve and the women manager was standing close by so I asked her if their was anyone available to serve me. And she replied I cannot serve you I am busy someone else will serve you. To my horror I could not believe she had replied back in this manner. Management needs re training in how they speak to thier customers. Slow service.

Such a great selection of health and fitness, vegetarian and vegan foods.Have some great offers on from time to time on essential oils and some skin care that they sell.The staff are always welcoming and really helpful at assisting with products.

Since moving from Canada I’ve been going to holland and Barrett for all of my vitamins, hair care, and skin products. This location in particular has some passive and rude staff. There was probably only one employee here so far who has been kind enough to tell me about the student discount and he’s also a kind employee. Everyone else has been rude. I don’t understand why a place like holland and Barrett would have such a strict return policy. People go to a store like this often because they’re sensitive to a lot of things and it takes trial and error to find the right product. Even when I’ve needed to return unused and unopened products to this location the staff act as though I’m committing a crime. I also get followed in the store sometimes I’ve noticed by staff. Overall I just hate this location but need vitamins so that’s the only reason I go there. Holland and Barrett needs to do something about the return policy on opened products. People should be able to return products within reason if they’re unsatisfactory.

One of the largest H&B stores I have ever been to so I can imagine they stock everything one might ever need! The staff member that assisted me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on a range of vitamins and supplements so I felt confident that I was buying what was right for me. I was very appreciative of her help and advice. Short queue and the tills were well manned with friendly staff

Lovely store with very helpful staff and great stock

Came in to see if they had a product in store that I had seen online. Couldn't see it anywhere but wanted to ask a member of staff just to double check. I asked a very short light haired lady (wish I got her name) if the product was in store. She seemed upset that I was asking her and looked angry at me. She huffed and puffed then told me that they didn't stock this product and to try my luck" online. She was quite rude and came across very aggressive. She eas the napoleon complex type. I am an anxious person and thats not the attitude I would want to see from someone in a customer service role especially at a health and wellness store. Disappointed."

One of the assistants was very helpful, when my friend and I were looking for the best probiotic offers on their shelves. They went out of their way to show us where the items on offer were on other shelves.When I couldn't find my H&B card, they were happy to add the points onto my friend's card instead.

Went the other day for the first time, and the staff was very helpful they showed me the item I was looking for after I showed them a picture; created a loyalty account loved the digital screen which allows customers to type their own name and personal details. Overall it was to be there
