DPD Bournemouth

The depot at Ferndown received our parcel on Thursday and promised to deliver on FridayOn Friday they told us that they tried to deliver but we weren’t in. A lie. We were there all dayThey then agreed to deliver on Saturday. They didn’t.They then agreed to deliver on Monday. They didn’t.I called the number on the website and was directed to a rep in Birmingham!In the space of a few minutes I was told “it’s out for delivery today “ then “The sender didn’t give us the full address “ then “The item hasn’t been scanned for 24 hours therefore we have lost it!”Their advice? Go back to the sender and get THEM to initiate an investigation!Incompetent liars!

My parcel was delayed by 1.5 hours. I called the helpline" and was told that the parcel was actually not late. I then waited outside my office for over an hour

They take a photo of the label and post it as proof of attempted delivery then claim I wasn’t in, despite me sitting by the front door all day, and having a ring doorbell showing no one came. i despise this company with a passion. Unfortunately many local businesses use them.Complain to your local businesses and hopefully if they get enough complaints they will switch to another logistics provider. If this company went bankrupt tomorrow I’d pop open a bottle of champagne.

How a driver is allowed to work for a courier company when they supposedly cannot find an address is beyond me. DPD have delivered to my address hundreds of times, and several times over the last two weeks.The delivery address is on every map app available and to top it off, it isn't even a new address. This sounds like pure laziness from DPD.copied from another review as its identical to the review I would have written.EVRI can find me, its not difficult drive up road look at numbers on houses, BINGO.

In the past 12 months or so, DPD Bournemouth have gone from being one of the most reliable delivery companies on the planet to the absolute worst. They are now almost unbelievably useless. Of the past 4 attempted deliveries.... Two were no longer needed by the time they finally arrived being so late we'd been forced to source the stuff elsewhere. One was left in a random neighbour's shed(!) and today's delivery? Who knows? According to the tracking the driver was once again 'unable to find address'.

If I could give 0 stars I would , terrible customer service, DPD have failed to deliver my parcel two days running now. What a joke. Waiting for a manager to call back…. Not sure they will. Questioning if DPD even have my delivery or if it has been stolen.

Driver had a bit of a task finding the address, but after a few phone calls, parcel was delivered safely and on time. It was my Gousto box for my weeks food!

We have now had at least 3 parcels delivered to the incorrect address. The same driver is responsible! It is very difficult to speak to anyone and filling in the email details results in being told there was an error, so all the information doesn't even get to them. What else are we supposed to do?
