Just made a phone call and had the most unpleasant experience. The sales man was arrogant, condescending and unhelpful. Would not even bother to share the floor plan of the rental property with me when I said I could not find it and had a sarcastic tone when speaking to me even though I explained that I was looking after a home for myself and my kids. I’m debating on wether I should call back and ask for his name to write a complaint as I’m sure this is not the way in which Chancellors aim to treat its clients and I’ve heard only good things about this agency prior to my phone call. Finding a home is always a delicate matter and people should be dealt with respect regardless of their status wealth needs.
