Burger was good, had a double cheeseburger but id get with condiments on the side next time as a bit heavy handed for me. A shame to smell well seasoned beef but pretty much just taste mustard. Tata tots were really good as were the dips. Not a fan of the hotdog I had but that's just personal taste. Will definitely try again.

I remember watching Kenny on Masterchef and my expectations were pretty high for my first visit. Especially as we already have the excellent HMHB in Hastings. The 'restauran't is basic and devoid of any kind of character it suggests little in way of back story, passionate idea behind creating an experience or the best burger in town and more about making a return on little outlay but I was here to eat...I ordered the tater totts and vegan burger with black truffle. Both items were severed individually in a plastic basket. As I ate outside this unfortunately meant everything went cold pretty quickly as the wind blew through the basket,. The tater totts looked pretty generous portion wise. I'd never had them before so I was looking forward to trying them. They basically tasted of undercooked hash browns. The amount of SALT on them should be illegal. I didn't finish them. I was unable to finish them. Imagine serving that amount of SALT to a kid?! I mean I like SALT but these were inedible. I left 2/3'rds of the portion. The burger was equally disappointing. The amount of truffle totally overwhelming any other flavour. Truffle is a strong strong flavour, there was no subtle usage. I gave up trying to finish the burger. in fact the last mouthful I had to spit into a napkin, it was making me feel unwell. So £22 for a meal (burger/totts/soft drink) that was pretty unpalatable and left me hungry. I won't be going back. I was disappointed to have to leave less than glowing feedback but I don't eat out often and £22 for a mediocre burger meal is not on these days.*the Fanta was perfectly acceptable.

The worst food I’ve ever ordered in my life, food came cold, my chicken tenders were hard and can tell they were deep fried mutiple times. And to make it worse was given a raw burger. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Located in a great location and good atmosphere. The burgers are good but far from being one of the best. The meat was thin and not the best meat. The French fries with garlic are very good. The staff were very nice. The price was good.

We stopped in Hastings on the way to see friends.Wanted a quick bite to eat, happened to be walking past Source Park. When we got down stairs we had ana aladdins cave of food choices (& bevies to match). We decided on burgers, quick & easy to have on the goooooo.Green chilli cheese burger, vegan Truffle burger & a Mac Daddy were our choices (with chips & tots to finish us).Staff were friendly & approachable (you wouldn't beleive some places). They seemed to be busy at work in the kitchen, so we placed our order for takeaway so we could head to our friends, and sat outside to wait.Beleive me it felt like we had just sat when our bag arrived. Hot & smelling delightful. So we had some time to spare, we headed to the beach.Defo worth a trip to, either in or take away, you won't be disappointed

Not sure where the MasterChef credentials fit in, this is mid-market fast food with atmos to match. Acceptable beef burger and fries (they don't offer much else) but a step up from McDonald's. The QR code app fell at the first fence as there's a poor phone signal down there but they do take counter orders too. 1/2 pint of San Miguel (£3.75) served in a plastic cup. The staff were very nice but Half Man Half Burger is a much better all-round experience at this price.

Honestly some of the best burgers I've ever had- so good I forgot to get pictures of them, twice. Had the standard double cheeseburger and the truffle burger, both were amazing, with tater tots (incredible!) And a delightful can of Rio. Wish I could bring these burgers home with me!
