Second year running Wassells have pollarded the plane trees on the site where I maintain the grounds. Always such a mess i have to clean up afterwards. Branches littering the borders and stuck in hedges, I have to spent time raking it all out and picking out branches from hedges by hand. Plenty of broken plants and shrubs that have been stepped on and branches snapped off which I understand is hard to avoid but I then have to remove them myself. Half of a lilac was broken off that was just left. These plants have cost money which we now have to replace. This is a big site and I already have my work cut out for me without having to clean up after other contractors. This site has quite a high standard and it isn't acceptable the way its left. I've cleared most of it now so have little photos to take.The pollard job is done nicely but let down with the mess left.

We needed to have a cypress and a magnolia trimmed carefully as they were getting too big for our small garden. We had a few estimates but when Andrew came to see the work that needed to be done, we were really impressed by his expertise, understanding and love of trees and nature. His team did the work and they were excellent and cleaned up after themselves. We can't believe how fantastic the garden looks now. They were also reasonable.We totally recommend Wassells.

This company has no respect for the neighbours garden and property which has been damaged by heavy fallen branches.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had a small job, which no one wanted. Professional report for my buyer on tree. The mortgage depended on it. Richard of Wassells gave me his time and honest opinion, he was very patient. I knew nothing about trees and had no idea, that many mortgage companies, expect sellers to have reports on trees,within vicinity of property. Richard did the report in record time and at a very reasonable cost.

We have had our tree pollarded 3 times by the Wassells and have never been disappointed. Would happily recommend them

The Wassells team did an amazing job in pruning a nightmare Sycamore tree in our back garden that spread over 3 neighboring gardens in London. The team worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk and left the garden cleaner than it started!

Turn up make a whole lot of noise all day, disturb every home and neighbourhood, forget there may be old people, babies, sick trying to rest, people working from home, stand around chatting on the phone, delay getting the job done, have no consideration for noise pollution. Or impact.

Quoted a reasonable price, communicated well, came on time, did a good job, cleaned up after, were professional. Recommended.
