This place i would avoid at all cost woman who works there has no idea what she is doing and has a a very desgusting attuide towards people when questions are being asked she has no manners in amswering them and has a desgusiting attuide

My father’s funeral was a farce from the moment the shop took charge of his body mainly down to the woman in charge of my father’s funeral she was called Julie she didn’t have one ounce of care or empathy in her blood she was also very rude and hard faced we couldn’t see our father’s body for over 4 weeks after he passed away a family friend went to view our father first and was shocked and heartbroken at the way he looked she warned us all not to go and see him but I had to see for myself!!! I’m sorry I did he looked nothing like my dad and he had started to decompose after that I warned all the family not to go they all missed out on saying there final goodbyeJulie phoned my sister 4 times to say he looked fine to view !!!! This woman is in the wrong job I think a prison officer is more up her street

My mum (Linda Durkin) passed away on 23.05.23 & her funeral took place on 16.06.23. From the moment I had my first appointment to arrange mum's funeral right up until the day of her funeral, Rose was absolutely amazing and kept in touch whether it be by phone calls or emails and kept me upto date with what stage we were at. There was a slight inconvenience due to a storm we had where the funeral home had been flooded and so mum had to be transferred to another funeral home. Rose was straight on the phone to me and explained everything and gave me the address and phone number where mum was being cared for. She was never too busy to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I didn't have much dealings with Marc, until nearer mum's funeral. Marc was absolutely amazing on the day of mum's funeral and made sure that all the plans I had made with Rose went to plan and he also made an extra effort to make sure that I was ok.I honestly couldn't praise them anymore! Thank you so much xx

This branch has helped with a few of our family funerals over the years. From the arrangements to the funerals I cannot fault the staff. Julie was exceptional and was of great help to the family during a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to use again.
