Love matalan. Always getting new stock in. Clothes are reasonably priced. I do feel a bit sad thats its mostly self service now but i guess its a sign of the times.

Bought loads shame their jeans short is not longer short.Changing rooms were too hot rest of store cool and they could of done with a clean did not want to put anything on the floor.

Had a wonderful experience at matalan poole last week! Mia, a very friendly retail assistant, kindly helped me select a duvet set! she took the time to get me the correct size, help me with choices and even went to the store room to check for more colours! Really positive experience! Mia is a credit to your team!

Nice, clean store with a variety of clothes & accessories. Its a self-service fitting room which is fine but people leave the clothes they have tried on in the fitting rooms, staff should check this regularly. Self-service tills good, quick, and easy to use.

It's good for cheap and cheerful clothing and accessories. Not sure where they import from but the quality is quite decent. Normally have 50% off if not 70% off. I got a very warm pair of gloves for £4...

Great range of affordable clothing. The only thing I find annoying is there’s hardly ever any staff in the shop! If you have any stock questions you have to go to the checkout to ask there. Really should have floor staff on somewhere in the shop to help customers.

Thank goodness we still have places like this where you can try on quality clothes, at decent cost, and not have to rely on purely online pictures and sizing. Some nice homewareas well.

Was told to wait in the queue for the lady to serve me by Dawn. Waited 10 minutes still no service then Dawn ended up serving me! Why couldn’t you have done that in the first place?
