Called, talked with person, was promised a call back, it never happened. Fixed the problem myself after getting zero help from an industry that's fitting bi-fold doors like crazy, but not supporting the owners of thes doors. Maybe 1 star for lack of interest?

My faith in human nature has been restored by an honest young man. He persevered and replaced the old lock. We paid £25 instead of nearly £1,000. We had been told nothing could be done by previous double glazing experts. Thanks again. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
