I have used Richard a few times now and he has always answered my messages within an hour or so and made an appointment for the following day. He gave me a time slot each time and has always been very punctual. On every occasion he fixed the problem immediately and his prices are very reasonable. I will not hesitate in using Richard again in the future.

This is the first time I.have used this company and it certainly won't be the last. What a gem of a find. There are not enough superlatives to describe the excellent level of Customer service and professionalism to give justice to the quality of work undertaken by Richard in the way he fixed our oven. Richard clearly puts the customer at the heart of everything he does and his kindness and interpersonal skills are second to none.I thought it couldn't get any better but the cost of the work was very reasonable too.I would urge everyone in West Lothian to use Richard and his excellent company for any issues you have with any of your home apppliances. I certainly will and will also be sharing his contact details with friends family and work colleagues.As an added bonus with summer not too far away Richard also runs a bouncy castle business which caters for indoor and outdoor children's events which may appeal to those of you with children/grandchildren. I cannot recommend Richard and his company highly enough.

Very good service! Richard is a very friendly guy. Came when he said he would, next day service and was very professional. Fixed our washing machine for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this guy. Reliable and honest. A job well done.

Phoned in the morning, Arrived in the afternoon, fixed the tumble dryer. Very honest didn’t need to replace any parts so charged for time , very reasonable and call-out which is minimal more so nowadays. Would absolutely recommend!

Brilliant absolutely fantastic came out on Monday ordered parts and was fixed by Thursday so professional and will be using again in future!!!!

Very happy and impressed with Richard, came out within 48hrs of calling and within 10 mins had found fault. Explained and showed issue then provided a new washing machine including uplift and fitting of new machine for a brilliant price. So glad i never went to a big company. Seriously folks if your machine is down get him out before spending fortune 5/5

Richard provides an honest reliable and prompt service, very trustworthy and efficient. Came out within a day to see my dryer and was able to reset it, he advised me that a thermostat might be needed in the future. A few months later, same problem again, Richard came out with the part which unfortunately didn’t rectify the problem. I potentially could have spent a small fortune on repairs to my broken dryer but instead was given honest advice from Richard to cut my loses and buy a new one. Can’t recommend him enough, good value for money

Richard advised me very well and saved me a lot of money on an oven. Very polite and would recommend him for any repairs. Would definitely call on him again.
