Dale Pointon CSRT

Dale was recommened to me by a friend who spoke very highly of his knowledge and skills. I had a timber and timber survey from another company prior to this whose report was so vague and would fill anyone with doubt and seemed to just want to generate business to perform work which i found highly questionable. Dale's report was comprehensive and on point to what realistically was an actual problem thus avoiding unnecessary work.Thanks

It's been an excellent experience dealing with Dale. It was very easy to set up an appointment and discuss our requirements. I was very pleased at the service that Dale supplied. He made a very thorough damp survey of my house external and internal.I accompanied Dale and we discussed concerns throughout. His demeanour is very relaxing and informal. However Dale's experience and knowledge are obvious and he shares this with you in respect to the issues in your property.Dale looks for the most relevant way to solve issues, which is often a change of behaviour rather than an expense.His survey was followed up, two working days later by a very full written report, which enables you to further understand how to overcome any issues. This includes lots of advice and lifestyle tips.I asked Dale several questions following the report. He answered these fully and promptly.Overall he gave me a way forward which will not incur unnecessary expense and put my mind at rest on issues that were worrying me.I felt his fee was reasonable for the amount of information I gained. I would recommend his service, as the first step in solving damp problems in a property.

He turned up when he said he would, carried out an extensive impartial survey of our floors, he gave feedback at the time and within hours we had a detailed report which was very informative and easy to understand. I've dealt with Dale on a couple of properties. He's extremely helpful and provides a report quickly. His recommendations are clear and comprehensive. I particularly recommend him for older properties (circa. 1900 or earlier) because he has helped me avoid unnecessary costs for non-existent issues suggested by other, less knowledgable surveyors.
