It's Pizza Time Wokingham

Avoid Avoid Avoid...After nearly 2 hours and 4 phone calls the food finally arrived cold. It's simply not worth the wait. The customer service is non-existent, I was just continually fobbed off with excuses. If you're thinking of having a takeaway pizza, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Previous owners were rude. Thought I would give the new owners a try. Ordered 2 burger meals: must have been some sort of confusion as they probably thought I was a child due to my height (despite having a beard) - I paid full price for kids size portions (13 chips - yes, I counted them!). They even rationed the toppings in the burger!Reviews suggest you should order pizzas from here.

Hi all.I would give 5 start as the 1st bite me and my girl realised the pizza its nice.All ended up there.In site there is the promotions and we ordered the pizza coming with 4x topping.When you statrt creating the pizza you cant chose the toppings for free as advertised so i phoned and being advised just to put 4 thinks on special notes and is not a problem as something wrong with site .So we did.When delivery men came he said we need to pay extra for cheesy crust but we have only 3 toppings.We try to ask if thats a problem as we didnt realise on ordering that cheesy crest is not considered as topping and we being advised to put 4x things on special notes.Thats all fine as we didnt realise the mistake but delivery men said you need to pay for that and when we said ye no worryes but we should of choose 4th topping he said well next time.On my 2nd piece ive star eating it was that hair. Was between the cheese and the base.Now me and my girl lost all the apetite we had .Very sad as the pizza is really tasty and it seems products are alot. Also the chips is nice.I dont think we will be ordering again.We know that this is probably accident and person cooking the food is with a hat. At least we hope he/she is.Quality of the food very good. But people cooking e need to be careful.

Ordered a med pizza (9 slices) of the Meat Feast. When I got it home it was a case of find the meat! I admit each piece had one slice of Pepperoni on it but as for the ham and chicken did not see any. A couple of slices had one slice of sausage on and the spicy beef was almost non existent. Very dissapointed. They used to do very good pizzas, but will think twice before I use them again.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered here and trust me it won't be the last! The first time we had a pizza and it was mouth watering. This time I went for the Chicken Burger and Garlic Bread Pizza. the food is so delicious and the person on the phone taking my order was very helpful and polite. Overall great customer service. The delivery was very quick and the food was still hot which left me pleasantly surprised as other takeaway places don't prioritise getting the food to customers so it's still warm and fresh.Absolutely love this place! Thanks so much.

Horrible customer service. One guy tried to give me chips he had just literally spilled on the floor and asked me to pay if I wanted another one then after I practically begged for another box of chips I asked for sauce and they said I’d have to pay for that too. They were very dismissive and were not concerned about the situation they even made jokes in their native language in front of me, presumably about what had just took place. Disgusting hygiene and horrible service. Definitely would not recommend.

Pizza was cold. Supposed to be double cheese but didn't taste like it, lack of toppings. Took forever to get here. Garlic bread so overdone it was inedible. Not impressed.

To cut a long story short, I ordered my pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and ready for collation. 1 1/2 hours later still no pizza, tried to cancel the order but the shop refused to give my money back.The service is terrible so best try somewhere else.After walking back in for the 3rd time to ask for my money back a I had to make a scene, eventually he gave me back part of the money and still no pizza.Don’t use these guys.

I cannot fault them! They deliver on time for a party to 20 delicious pizza, several flavours and payment and order was not a hassle at all. I would totally recommend. Good value for money and great quality.
