I went into Holland and Barrett this evening and was greeted by a really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff called Mel, I didn't really know what I was looking for and he was able to recommend 2 really beneficial products that I have purchased twice now, Mels customer service was excellent, highly recommended

I love the new store in the Bloomfield shopping centre. It is much more spacious with a huge range of products, allowing you more options to choose between brands and prices. Products not only include supplements, but also cosmetics, beauty products, protein powder, teas, essential oils etc. The staff are also extremely helpful, and are clearly well trained to understand the ingredients in the products they stock.

Great shop with an amazing range of products. They have the most knowledgeable staff, who go out of their way to help you. Especially liz, she was so empathetic with me and really worked hard to find the best supplement suited for me. Lovely customer service! X
