We had our first visit with our little puppy tonight and have to say what a lovely place the staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome! We are so happy we are now part of this beautifully run vets thats immaculate and clean. ❤

The best vets I could ever wish for my dog to be at. Their care is incredible and you can always tell how much they care about every one of their patients. From the vets, to the nurses to the reception staff they’re all lovely. He is always cared for so well when we go and I’m always beyond happy when I leave. The best veterinary practice with the best staff<3

My dog was put to sleep yesterday because of illness and old age. Overall, the staff were lovely. Really understanding, kind and informative. I appreciated the kindness that they showed. They were there for me and my gorgeous dog. Even today when I went to collect paw prints and fur cuttings (which I appreciated massively) the staff were kind and thoughtful (I appreciated the hug).My main complaint is that I rung up to ask if my dog had been collected by the crematorium service that I’d arranged. I was told that the staff member would go and check. He came back and said that my dog (my baby) had not been collected because it wasn’t a collection day. Then, during the same phone conversation, he said that there was a note in the reviews saying that my dog had been collected. How can he go and check and still come back with the wrong answer? Either my dog was there or he wasn’t.I can’t fault the service during the arrangement and euthanasia of my beloved pet. They showed kindness and compassion (despite asking me, whilst my dog was having a cannula fitted, if I wanted to pay then or after, the nearly £200 fee). I object to somebody lying to me and then going back on his word. I trusted them. It’s tainted my entire experience which is awful because I was generally happy (despite the heart break and devastation of losing a family member).

My recent visit with my Chihuahua Suzy Thank you Maria she has perked up brilliantly and is the best she has ever been.

Excellent vets, especially for cats. On the higher end price wise, but very worth it. Service and care they provide is excellent.

I truly love this wonderful staff at briar dawn vets. Their dedication and compassion for all their pet patients is wonderful.Ive took my fur babies her for about 4 years now and have been more than happy with their care and and caring wuth all pets and their owners!!. Wow what a vets! From the friendly reception staff to the incredible vets I'm so glad I transferred my pets over. Rebecca was a lovely friendly vet she booked my dog in for sedation and minor surgery. James then treated my dog under sedation the next day and I have never ever had such a top quality service from a vet like that who explained everything and was so patient with me. Thank you so much! Top, friendly vets! Managed to squeeze my dog in for a last minute appointment when ill and within a few hours of treatment already on road to recovery! Love the discounts with the healthy pet club also!
