Protein heaven for people like me. Smoothie was good but not cheap. I had the revenge bod. I wanted a high protein smoothie without too many calories. It was good but needed ice especially on a boiling hot day. Pleasant and nice service. Some seats would be nice if you want to eat in.

I am a regular here for the best healthy breakfast and lunch, I always get an egg wrap as a high protein breakfast, then I love the chicken satay, peri-peri chicken and jerk Tofu. The food is truly delicious, filling and has amazing macros. The staff are also incredible and if i'm after a treat they will make m an extra thick Oreo shake and its like ice cream!

Actually there is no food. Just shakes and chocolates. We were hungry when we came here, walked over 30 min to find out in the end they don't serve food. The name of the restaurant shouldn't contain food in it. Shakes are good though.

This place could easily be a stand alone Cafe/Shake Shop, the fact that it’s associated with the Third Space Brand shows the levels that both brands are pushing towards.Every single time I pop in for a coffee or post a workout for a shake, I’m greeted by some really warm kind and generous human beings. Special mentions have to go out to Claire, Ben, Riley, Lily and Ed. Claire and Ben lead this team with such aplomb, they have a brilliant bedside manner with their customers and even in the busiest of times remember individuals regular orders or specific food allergies. This attention to detail sets the bar so high for anywhere else in this area. Please hold on to these great ambassadors for your brand and give them all a wonderful Christmas bonus!
