Had a great experience with them. I part exed my car and bought one of theirs. Obviously they do this day in day out but we negotiated a little bit and we both came out smiling so, everything went well. I would def buy from them again.

Poor experience of after sale service and I regret not noting the other poor reviews in advance.*in response to the garages response below - no request for further work was made 5 months after purchase. It was after 72 miles of driving.

*response to owner reply-We never once mentioned or threatened a bad review if I didn’t get a refund. I simply posted this to help others avoid the same issues we have. We are entitled to provide our experience, whether positive or negative and unfortunately for us it has been negative. We spoke to a few garages yesterday when car searching and they all advised to take it further.Really disappointed to be writing this, as the reviews gave me a false sense of security when going here so I wanted to share our experience so others can bare this in mind when going to buy.We went to view cars last weekend, and the salesman seemed really nice, so we were quite naive with our approach. The car needed the battery restarting as hadn't been driven in a while for our test drive (looking back he said someone else had tried to buy the day before so this doesn't make sense). After coming out of the test drive it was straight onto the deposit, he didn't show us the full service history, and when I was looking at MOT online he said it's fine as it will be renewed and fixed by the time we pick up. We accepted this (as again we trusted and didn't feel the need to question), and put the deposit down on the basis this car was healthy, would come with good MOT and theres no major issues. He also didn't tell us the deposit was non-refundable, and got us to sign two pieces of paper, not pointing out it was to say the deposits non refundable. We were due to pick it up the following weekend, so I checked the MOT status (the day before pick up) and it was showing as newly failed, with 4 major defects and 9 minors - obviously this worried us. Upon calling, we were informed the minors won't be fixed and it could be '2-3 years' before they need fixing so don't worry, but when spending £6000 on a car, with a baby on the way, it's simply not a risk we can take, and we wouldn't have put the deposit down had we known these issues at the time. We also spoke to a local mechanic who saw the MOT report and told us to not buy the car. He also said there's issues that can be easily hidden and will cost thousands in months to come so we could not go forward with this purchase. We tried to call, and were fobbed off four times, before someone finally rang us back and we advised them we don't want to buy the car as it's too much of a risk and we weren't aware of the issues the car has. He was really rude and just said well the deposits not refundable mate. We've been sent nothing to confirm this has been cancelled either so we recorded the call for evidence and i've had to send an email through enquiry form for a paper trail to protect us as recommended by solicitor. We feel we were sold this car on a false basis, the deposit was taken without knowledge or informing us it was non refundable and they take the deposit before they complete the MOT , so you have no idea what state the car is in , so if the cars in a bad state it's a simple 'tough luck' and you lose the money. To others and a business of this size, £300 may not be a lot of money, but for a young couple with a newborn baby due in a couple of months and lots to still buy, it's a big dent in our money and affects us greatly. We also sold our old car this week in preperation for picking the new one up, so we now have no car, lost a deposit, and have to undertake more car searching. A lot of unnecessary stress not needed for a heavily pregnant woman.I write this review just so others are aware to be cautious, check all the service history, check the MOT status and don't put a deposit down until you know the health of the vehicle. I'm really disappointed as the sales guy seemed really genuine and kind, we thought they would be more understanding re cancelling having seen the MOT report (it's also not even passed yet and we were due to collect tomorrow AM), as well as being a family business, and in good faith, refund the deposit. The difference in customer care when purchasing, to now cancelling, is hugely notable. We won’t be returning to look for a new car.

Bought my new KA from here and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. From a guy who has visited hundreds of dealerships over the years as part of my previous job role, this is a dealer who takes care of their customers. Good choice of used cars to browse too.

Wish I was reading this and not writing it!I would have saved myself a world of grief! So here goes my ongoing experience-On reflection I should have checked if the company had any affiliation to customer protection organisations like the car ombudsman or signed up to the AA or RACCustomer promise! My mistake, that has came back to bite me.Saw the car I wanted and test drove it then arranged to pay deposit and was asked for cash to get a few scratches sprayed out!I was told the car’s advertised comprehensive service history was on it way ? So couldn’t see it yet ,second mistake!I returned week later after car was supposed to been got ready for handover as there is an advertised pre inspection process involving a diagnostic check etc?As soon as I tried to drive away the cars break sensors came on !The owner tried to put a laptop diagnostics on its system but got nowhere but assured me it was just a matter of changing the sensors and to bring it back when I could!Third mistake! I drove it away!Got home and a day later after first drive out the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with amber and red critical warning lights!I rang up company and eventually got agreement to take to my mechanic to put on diagnostic, he did and came up with four faults two serious ( timing chain and a jet solenoid failure)! The company were not happy and after calling my mechanic and giving him grief told me he was “trying to pull a fast one”So I put the car into Jaguar Land Rover it’sManufacturer garage at great expense for another assessment as the dealership would not give me a refund under my consumer rights ( short term right to reject)The Jaguar garage assessment came back with just short of £7,000 repair billI have been forced by this garage (Kirkham part Exchange centre) to engage a solicitor just to fight for my rights and am still waiting to see if they will see sense and do the right thing by a trusting (gullible) customer, and give me my money back?I will post any updatesUPDATE ON YOUR RESPONSE!I called you to view the car as I lived over an hour away to make sure it was still available! So you did know I was coming! The car history is still not available to me after asking to see it on the day and after !So still no comprehensive service history? Also you advertised an immaculately kept car and certainly did not mention the timing chain , I note you have vastly exaggerated the mileage in your response to try and suit your explanation ! Disgraceful!! Behaviour. The break sensors warning light I have learned can be overridden and switched off on the steering wheel, so this could have been done before I got behind the wheel when the car was taken for test ?My mechanic did a diagnostic test that’s all and was not asked to repair by me or this discussed with you as I asked for a refund under my rights given the car was with me days! The Jaguar inspection was a detailed inspection as you refused my rights and I sought to get further evidence of faults! This was not a “ health check” as to again suit your argument!Your statements of reaching out are at odds with ignoring my findings and legal representation. You have done nothing to test the car to prove your argument rather to say you will pay half towards an independent inspection knowing I can’t drive it without further possible damage to it!No one will accept you treating a customer like this after days of taking a car home and just not helping at all! Taking a week just to return my call.I also note the same customer treatment to another unfortunate customer on your reviews who told of their experience.I will continue to update this as court proceedings progress!

My mum bought a lovely VW Golf from here, the salesman Jason was nice, the car we booked to see was smaller than anticipated so he found an alternative for a better price and an overall fantastic car. Excellent customer service all round, genuine honest sellers

I just got my hands on an S5 from this dealership, and let me tell you, it's been an outstanding experience from the get-go. As soon as I walked through the door, I was met with top-notch service. The staff here really knows their stuff, and they didn't hesitate to answer all my questions promptly and in detail. Their expertise gave me the confidence to make the purchase.I can't express how excited I am about my new car! It's an absolute gem, Shoutout to Jay for going the extra mile! I can't recommend this place enough!
