Medivet Faversham - Toachim House Veterinary Surgery

I am so pleased to be using Medivet , Toachim House Faversham, Kent. Superb service! Caring staff, clean and modern surgery and everyone was so helpful and compassionate. Excellent vets and they cared for my beloved Oscar when he had to be euthanised due to a very aggressive cat mouth carcinoma. I can’t fault them and the prices are more reasonable than my previous vets. They even sent me card to condole with me on losing my lovely man. Thank you!

Our 6 month old puppy broker her leg, from the first phone call to leaving our girl at the vets for her operation. Each and every member of staff showed empathy and care they took the time to make us feel welcome and kept us up to date. Peter the Vet called us early evening with an update and then we had a call from the night nurse with a further update.These calls were really appreciated and helped keep our minds at rest.

We are so grateful to this vets practice, they are so friendly and helpful.Victor was amazing and went above and beyond to help our unwell 8 month old baby boy, who had been speared in the back of the throat by a stick.The care he has received has been outstanding and he's already well on his way to being the bouncy lad he was before.We thank you all for being so lovely and definitely recommend this practice to anyone, no matter the situation, they always try to help.We will never forget the amazing service we have received.Thank you again.

When our registered vets couldn't see my rat Bertie after he sustained a leg injury, Medivet came to the rescue. The lady who took my phone call was very pleasant and helpful. Bertie was booked in for 5:15 that evening. Tony, the vet who saw Bertie, was amazing! He was very good with Bertie which also helped to put me at ease. A treatment plan was put in place including anti-inflammatories and pain relief. If there wasn't any improvement within a week, x-rays would be arranged. I'm pleased to say that Bertie made a full recovery while on the medication so x-rays were not needed. In the past, when I've taken my small animals to see vets, they sometimes give me the impression that rats/hamsters etc aren't worth the time, effort and treatment, but this certainly wasn't the case with Medivet. Like all vets, they're expensive but it was worth the expense as Bertie is now back to full health. We had such a good experience I am now considering moving from our current vets over to Medivet. Many thanks :)

Outstanding vets I'm speechless to how I've been treated as a client, my fur baby gained his wings due to a tumour. Paid for private cremation was expecting to pick up his ashes once back, but they offered to deliver them back to me by there ambulance.!!The card that just came with the seeds just bought tears to mine and my daughters eyes from how nice it was and just how much u care. They went over and beyond helpful and so sympathetic too can not fault this vets. AMAZING THANKYOU

As always, extremely clean premises. Kind, caring and very professional staff. Made my fur baby feel at ease and it was a very calm atmosphere for her. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring vet practice.

The vet was superb,I had to have my old pharaoh hound put to sleep and they were great.I had plenty offtime with him while he passed,excellent service.Thank you.
