Popped in to shop today to find the perfect mattress for us. ( Bexhill store) Julie and the boss were there. Thought we had popped round a friends house, so welcoming and SO helpful, we had a laugh and even offered coffee or tea. Our dog was in the car and was also invited in to the party. True honest advice was given and we have ordered I am sure the right bed for us.We have bought from Sussex beds before and the service is excellent. Can't wait for our new mattress. 10 ***s

We were very happy with the service at Sussex beds. The sales person was really helpful and not at all pushy. We were asked to try several beds but not too many which may have confused us! A very friendly service and we could even take our dog in. Thank you Sussex beds.

Fabulous experience with the Sussex bed ladies , I think the lady we dealt with was Julie , very informative, showed us our options without going above a price we were happy with , super efficient ..today we took delivery of our mattress, guys phoned ten mins before which gave us time to shoo our three dogs into the garden , the two guys were so well mannered , asked if they should remove their shoes , new mattress in , old one out along with the packaging , Job done in 5 mins , perfect , fabulous service , 100% recommend

Really helpful staff at the store. Took us through all the options with no pressure. Made sure we were in our budget with plenty of price options. Added upgrades like a mattress cover to give us the best price. Perfect delivery when we expected with a lovely polite delivery team. Top job!

Very friendly staff we managed to get two very comfy mattresses for a extremely good price and they even had them delivered quicker than was first booked in and took old one's away thank you so much

Went to Dreams and Sussex beds to look for a ottoman bed and mattress, one for us and one for our daughter. Price wise with special offers and professionalism with regards of what we wanted, Sussex beds were 1st place. They were outstanding and really helpful and because they are a family run business they certainly look after their customers, because we were on a budget they helped us to get what we wanted. We look forward to receiving our bed and mattresses within a week. Which is free delivery and putting our bed together. This company is far better than Dreams and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We visited Sussex Beds on Saturday 18th February and were seen by Vicky, she made us feel very relaxed and gave us some great professional information on the correct mattress to choose as we were unsure ourselves. There was plenty of time to try the different bed types, soft, medium & hard and with no pressure to buy there and then. Overall we were very happy and satisfied we have come to the correct decision for our new mattress. Thank you Vicky!
