I booked a small wheel based van at the last minute on a Friday. The van was large, really nice to drive and the service was top quality. Military discount here and very easy to find. You have to be over 21 and you can drive in England Scotland and Wales. I needed my driving licence, National insurance number and a utility bill to be able to hire the vehicle.

One of the best Van hire centre's in Norfolk, brilliant service, nothing is too problematic and excellent service. The lady who helped me with my van requirements, Landi" is very polite

I would recommend going else where if you want good friendly service, reliability and a clean useable van.Two of my close friends hired a van from R&S to take abroad on a fishing trip, when they collected the van they were notified that there was no tools to replace a wheel if needed ,which was the case as the alternator seized in France. I had to remove the wheel to fit the new alternator. Bearing in mind that I had to take 2 days off work to go and recover/ fix R&S’s van as they had no intensions of doing so themselves I haven’t been replayed for doing the work as the money sent barely covered the ferry let alone the fuel and my time for the lost work. The communication was very poor, limited knowledge and seems to me that all they worry about is getting the vehicle to the next customer.DO NOT RECOMMEND.
