Great service installed my TV to how I wanted it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a TV installation highly recommended.

What a lovely guy Mike is, showed me exactly what the problem was as to why the TV kept losing its signal, water ingress into the internal box and an aerial that'd probably been up on the roof since Adam was a lad. Job all done in around an hour and no more problems. I loved that he even wore covers on his shoes coming into the house, just shows that he respects people's homes just as much as his own. What a great guy!Mike came to remove an aerial for me only 4 hours after I called him. He was up and down on the roof in under 15 minutes.He did it safely and efficiently and didn’t break any of the tiles on the roof to which people kept telling me could happen.Would highly recommend!

I suddenly lost all live tv channels so called Arrow Aerials after having a quote from another company who said I needed a new digital aerial at cost of £328. As the aerial is in my loft and only 7 years old I thought it unlikely problem was the actual aerial and more likely something else.So glad I called Mike at Arrow Aerials to come and do a diagnostic. He explained on the phone that there would be a call-out charge but that this would be deducted from the final bill. He arrived on time and quickly found the problem, which was to do with electrical connections in the loft between my aerial booster/smoke & house security alarms. He sorted it all out explaining what he'd done and leaving everything safe and secure by re-fitting a loose cover on an electrical box. He made sure both aerial points in the house were working and re-tuned my tv to make sure I had all channels as before.Total charge under £50, really great honest service and will definitely be my go-to company for any future tv/aerials needs. Highly recommend.

Had a first class job done today (16/11/23) by Mike Morley from Arrow Aerials - new repositioned and posted aerial + 3 room split with both bedrooms loft fed. For me it's the little details that set the best apart (dust catcher bags taped below drill holes, all cable holes tidied with grommets. all external and loft cabling neatly cable clipped etc) just great work at a very reasonable price would recommend without hesitation.

Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly so happy to explain technological terms. Ensured the job was fully completed (even tuned the TVs) and all for a great price. Even brought own shoe covers so carpets didn't get dirty, such a thoughtful idea! Happily recommend!

Nice guy. Appeared genuine and honest. He had a real problem to solve but got there in the end. Reasonable price too! Excellent.
