We would have given six stars if we could.We received an amazing, attentive 24-hour service from Jordan Young Independent Funeral Home.Jordan and Angela showed both knowledge and sensitivity as they guided us through this immensely difficult time.Whether on the phone or in person, they showed a genuine interest and care. It was as if we were part of their family.They wanted to get everything right for us and they absolutely did.The funeral service itself was wonderfully personal, with precise attention to detail and the ongoing support given afterwards has been invaluable.

I recently purchased a memorial necklace. It was a very emotional time and the care and compassion shown to me was amazing. The necklace is beautiful and very pleased with it, they helped me fill the jewellery with my loved ones ashes. Thank you again- would highly recommend.

Jordon Young Funeral Services recently handled the funeral of my 30 year old Daughter. Her Two daughters aged 11 and 13 years wanted to plan and arrange the funeral for their mother and celebrate her life rather than have a traditional funeral.From the very first call to them Jordon and Angela were absolutely fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. They came to speak to the girls to get their ideas and give them guidance but fully embraced what they wanted to do to make their wishes for their mums funeral come true. They joined in with the girls chosen pink theme and have been in communication with us at every stage leading up to the funeral and since. We could not have wished for any better help and care to make what the girls wanted come true. The funeral ran so smoothly and everything we wanted to be done to make it so special happened.I cannot recommend this funeral directors enough. Totally a 10 star service.

I have known Jordan and his family for some years and when my Mum passed away I knew right away who I wanted to look after her.
