My experience was amazing, Zara helped me getting the dresses on and helping me find the perfect dress for me. It was a spectacular visit and they cared about you finding the perfect dress for you and overall the service was incredible

Disgusting. The dresses are ripped and way overpriced. Some are even dusty. The 2 girls in there have no clue what they are doing and clearly have no clue about dresses when you ask them for a cheap off the shoulder dress they bring you the opposite. All of their sizes are wrong and they would rather stand and have a chat with their tiktok humour than come help you. Seriously seriously do not recommend stay far away from it

I came to this shop really apprehensive about what I would find and whether I would like anything, and whether it would fit! What I found truly exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. Not only was there a great range of items, but they had fantastic prices. And their customer service left me feeling absolutely delighted. I chose a dress for my upcoming prom and they provided me with numerous options and advice and their honest opinions which really helped with the selection process. They even cleared up all the mess I had made with trying on loads of outfits! I would recommend this store to anyone, even just as a means to get more understanding about what kind of dresses best suit you. They even offer suits, and wedding dresses. They really are an excellent place, for any occasion.Thank you guys. :)

Bobby and the team at Celebration Village are the best thing about the shop – other than a fantastic selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses! The shop is packed with amazing dresses - something for everyone and the team are really helpful and responsive, giving you a personable service. We had an issue with the size of the dress we ordered. Bobby very calmly and kindly sorted it all out for us. He put us at ease and made an otherwise frustrating situation, stress-free. I bought my husband and our son light grey suits a week before our wedding. Really affordable and great quality. Our son’s jacket was slightly too long in length and in the sleeves, Bobby was brilliant and managed to get our son’s suit tailored within a couple of days. Have been Prom dress shopping with granddaughter who doesn't wear dresses and it's been very stressful. Today we came to Celebration Village and can't believe how easy and stress free our experience was. They were incredibly helpful and we left half an hour later with the most beautiful dress. Got my prom dress from here, there was amazing service! Bobby was great and adaptable when it came to appointment times, and Emily and Zara were very helpful. It was nice to have some younger assistants I could talk to during the experience.You need to be an appointment but they are adaptable with times, and accommodate you if you arrive early.The dresses are lovely and good quality, and some of them come at a price, but to me they're worth it! (also underskirts are available if you would like your dress slightly bigger, it made a big big difference to my dress)Couldn't have had a better experience, 10/10

My daughter had a lovely time here, trying on prom dresses. She has found the most beautiful perfect dress. These ladies are ever so helpful, patient and very welcoming. Would highly recommend. Great selection of dresses and a very nice experience. Got a very happy daughter.
