Lotus Diamond Ltd.

I have bought a very expensive engagement ring from Lotus Diamonds, whilst the ring was in the shop, my ring was taken out of the country, resized, the main stone was cracked, I was told a number of lies, my original ring was never returned to me I was offered a credit note minus £300 less than the price they had valued the ring at only 4 weeks previously, I am now in the process of seeking a small claims court appointment.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SHOP, PLEASE SHOP AT A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER IN CHESTER.

Do not use these people. I bought wedding rings off them for my Wife and me. When we picked them up, they had made them up as a different design. It was so upsetting and dreadful . they sent them back and re made. But they also came back as nothing like we ordered. They basically said accept these or not and that was 2 days before our wedding. They offered me discount on future purchases. Dreadful experience. I will never go back to these people ever again.

Without doubt the strangest experience. I am surprised they are still in business the way the man (he doesn't deserve to be referred to as gentleman) treated my husband and I! Perhaps we looked like we didn't have money to spend, he wouldn't show us anything?! Being told I should go away and figure out what I want, my inherited jewelry is substandard because it was probably rolled gold. Enough was enough. Left him mid sentence having seen no items at all!! Very strange way to do business. Would not recommend.

Visited Lotus Diamonds whilst in Chester looking for a surprise diamond saphire ring for my wife.With such a large variety of rings for sale we needed a little help. A gentleman who introduced himself as Gettin provided excellent customer service.We spent over an hour in the shop as Gettin brought out a variety of different rings to show my wife.Eventually both my wife and i agreed on a stunning saphire diamond ring.Excellent customer service Gettin and would highly recommend visiting Lotus Diamonds in Chester.

Amazing experience! I came to the store “Lotus Diamonds”looking for a birthday present for my mom! the staff are very welcoming and helped me. my mom's finger size was not available, they made a special order for me. After 4 weeks they called that the ring was ready! it was amazing! highly recommend!!!

The worst jewelers ever !!! Terrible quality of work gold mixed with other metals cheap diamonds without real certification. This business should be not allowed in UK

AVOID. The owner has sadly passed away. Mahmoud was a lovely man. However the current manager" Faye is most unpleasant. I found her to be aggressive rude and extremely dismissive. According to her diamonds ARE NOT FOREVER.I spent thousands and got substandard workmanship. Having to return my bracelet 3 TIMES- first time was within 4 months of purchasing!!!NEVER AGAINIf I could rate no stars I DEFINITELY would"

Brilliant Service, had some rings from my late Father , decided to have the rings melted down as sentimental Value, went to a well known High Street Jewellers ,, £388.00 6 weeks !!got them back,, went into Lucas Diamond £250.00 1 week, knowledgeable staff,, very very friendly.. and a laugh as well,, we asked how would we know it was our gold coming back ? well you can go and watch it being melted if you want...!! anyway the rings were too small as when we tried the sample rings our fingers were cold... resized them in two days no problem at all and no charge,, Remember guys always try the independent shops they are usually cheaper and better service

Outstanding Customer Service! I recently needed a wedding band at very short notice due to another jewellers letting me down with less than 2 weeks to go until my wedding.I was staying in Chester overnight for work, leaving the following evening. I went in to the shop after walking by many other chain store jewellers that had nothing exciting to offer in their windows. I quickly found a wedding band very similar to the design I had originally chosen at another jewellers, but it was in white gold, and I needed it in platinum.Mesut- the shop manager assured me that he could have it re-set in platinum on site at the shop within 24 hours ready for me to collect the next day. Having being let down several times beofre and with so little room for error I was a little sceptical, but I need not have been. Sure enough I got a call at 3pm the next day to say it was ready for collection. However, I was really late finishing work and I could not get away before the shop closed on Friday night. Fortunately we had anticipated this and Mesut arranged to wait for me until 6.30pm so that I had my ring that evening rather than have to stay over another night in a hotel!.I was absolutely amazed at this high level of customer service; all the staff were so friendly and accommodating and went way above and beyond what you would normally expect! My ring is absolutely beautiful and just as I had hoped for, and more importantly it was ready in time for my wedding day! The price was also slightly less than what I was originally paying elsewhere.I would highly recommend Lotus Diamond! Thank you Mesut!
