Really great service from start to finish. The initial quote visit was good, then the measuring up visit and then the installation was quick as well. Didn't have long to wait from the initial quote to installation. All in all a really good company to use if you want some shutters fitted. Friendly staff at every stage of the process, and continuous communication from start to finish.

I've had shutters fitted in my new build house in the last 3 years, and two of my neighbours in the same row have done the same, all with different companies.All of us have experienced some kind of problem - delayed manufacturing dates vs. promise, bad fitting, poor survey and incorrect measurements meaning re-order....I placed the order for my own house shutters with a nationally recognised firm, but still had multiple problems on the journey from order to installation, including a 6+ month installation wait time.It was therefore with some tepidation that I engaged Absolute Shutters to fit plantation shutters in my daughter's flat. I expected some frustrations and similar issues.To my delight, Absolute Shutters have met every promise. I ordered beginning of August, with a promise of 8-10 week lead time. The shutters were installed 2 days after the 10 weeks deadline.The quality of the product is very good - delighted with how they look.The fitters arrived bang on time on installation day, and took an enormous amount of care in getting the shutters into the property, fitting, cleaning up afterwards and bagging up and removing rubbish.One of the windows needed them to adapt the fitting because of something I had installed, and there were challenges with an inward opening patio door. They dealt with both issues with patience, and consulted me at all stages about what I wanted and what was necessary.I would 110% recommend Absolute Shutters for keeping their promises - and a superb fit of a great set of shutters !

Great service from start to finish. We went into the showroom in Cheadle Hulme to just get an idea of costs and they were really helpful. Not pushy at all and answered all our questions. The guy that came our for the initial appointment was really professional and friendly and gave us costs etc based on actual measurements. Again, no 'hard sell' at all and just gave us all the details we needed. e decided to go ahead and the second appointment was to finalise everything and confirm what we wanted - really professional and helpful again and felt very confident in their service. After we ordered our shutters we were kept up to date on the delivery time and then, when ready for fitting, the guys that came to the house to fit them were all polite, and professional and the standard of work was excellent. Really pleased with Absolute Plantation Shutters and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning to have them. They look great and really make all the difference :)

Absolutely love our new bedroom shutters! What a great company. Quotes were easily arranged and fitting measurement appointment. They were the very accurate on date for arrival and they were fitted quickly. All staff were polite and friendly, Will 100% be using again! Thank you

I can’t fault this company. The shutter took around 9 weeks to be made and wow what a quality. The designer was good and show us all the option and style available and took 30 min to measure all the detail for the windows ( they are not perfect and not square) when they fitted I can’t find anything substandard from the cover for the screws, the hinge and the filling around it. They are just perfect. The only fault is that I need to sort the rest of the rooms and save up for a full house shutter so I can get rid of those horrible roller blind.
