Listers Toyota Grantham

Horrible experience. Came in today to look at my options(possibly exchange for new car) at the end of the contract but unprofessional sales advisor wasn't interested at all. Not even an offer of a coffee etc. He just wanted us gone. I guess he had something more important to do than selling a new car to loyal customers. Will not come back

Massive shout-out to Ryan Chuter who sold me my new car, Jack Drury for sorting out all the intricate difficult finance stuff and Coraline for the smooth handing over of my new car.Every single person I dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable but a shout-out to the above three.I had lots of questions and either Ryan or Jack were just a telephone call or an email away and were very responsive and patient with me. My financial situation was slightly different this year but it was dealt with with the utmost respect and professionalism and it was made so much more stress-free by their expertise.Coraline made us feel very welcome when I arrived to collect my new car and took the time to show me the new features and answer any questions I had. She was lovely.All 3 are an absolute credit to Toyota and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.Absolutely adore my new car!

Had a young man named Ryan answer the phone, he was absolutely lovely. He answered all my question I had regarding the hybrid system. I would definitely recommend him if you have any questions. He was so polite!

Great experience purchasing my new car from Listers at Grantham. After initially contacting them to enquire about a used vehicle, unfortunately this was no longer available. I went in to meet with Amy who listened to my requirements and found me a possible alternative that was due to arrive in a few weeks. They also offered me a very competitive trade in value for my car. When the car arrived it was prepared and sent to Grantham from another site for me to view. I decided that this car was not for me, Amy and Jack were very professional and luckily for me a brand new car was now available to purchase for immediate delivery of the spec and colour I wanted. I was introduced to Ryan who then looked after me during the purchase of this new vehicle. Ryan was a great guy who answered all my questions and each time I met with him was polite and professional. I am glad I chose to purchase from Listers at Grantham despite there being several other Toyota dealers being much closer to me. I believe that customer service is a very important part of buying a new vehicle and I was impressed that Listers did not try and over push a lot of extra products that I did not want. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Filip looked after us from the start, brilliant personal service, even introduced us to the service manager who would be looking after us once we had bought the car. Even so, after 6 months of ownership I've had numerous calls from Filip to check that the car is still OK and running well. Been buying cars for 30+ years and I'll definitely be returning in future. Well done, a great dealership.

Amazing!! Whole process took 3 days, enquired about a car saturday morning, got a response less than 10 minutes later, went to view the car same day, went again on Sunday and put down a deposit, got accepted for finance on Monday morning and collected the car Monday night. Will is brilliant, super knowledgeable and helped with everything. Definitely go to Will for anything!?
