Like so many merchants it would be an awful lot better if the branch staff were aloud to run it instead of being dictated too by head office, chard branch have excellent staff but their hands are tied by those above

It's incredibly frustrating that in 2022 there are sill some companies in male dominated industries that don't know how to deal with female customers - Jewson Chard is NOT one of them. From the first phone call, Graham in tool hire was courteous and helpful with a positive attitude. When we came across delivery issues he worked quickly to find the best resolution. I'd highly recommend Jewson for local tool and equipment hire and will use them again in future.

Chard Jewsons, were extremely patient and helpful to me. They delivered my materials on time, every time, despite some difficult access problems the drivers never complained. They were all always pleasant and helpful in the store, in the office, and in the yard. A very big thank you to you all. Well done.
