I chose Thomas Mansfield to get advice on a legal issue I had and was directed to Emma Pitfield. I found Ms Pitfield to be very professional and experienced. Ms Pitfield took the time to go through the document line by line, explaining everything very clearly and was happy to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. Ms Pitfield picked up on some items that were incorrect on the document, that I didn't spot, and sent the document back to the 3rd party to be updated. Ms Pitfield followed up timely with the 3rd party and kept me informed regularly on what was happening. I didn't have to chase Ms Pitfield once, which is calming when in a stressful situtation. I would certainly use Ms Pitfield services again on any legal issue and would be happy to recommend her as I believe she has the experience to resolve issues.
