I recently purchased a car with significant damage to the driver's seat bolster - the car had only done 10,000 miles but the driver's seat looked like it had done north of 100K!Like many others, I researched kits to make the repair myself assuming that a professional service would be too costly. At the last minute, I got cold feet and a cursory search found the Leather Repair Master... and most definitely made the right choice.Paul was extremely responsive and was able to give a competitive quote on basic information and a couple of pictures (let's just say not a lot more than the cost of a premium DIY repair kit!), and was inclusive of the call-out fee.Most importantly of all I am extremely happy with the repair work he undertook. I recommend that you take the time to navigate their website and look through the before and after case study photos as certainly in my case, it is an accurate representation of the quality of restoration you can expect. I recently purchased a Jaguar XK and unfortunately the Leather interior was in poor condition. The Drivers Seat Bolster was very badly damaged and the rest of the Leather was in a poor state. Paul from Leather Repair Master came out and cleaned up all the leather as well as carefully removing the drivers seat. Paul returned the seat a week later fully repaired. The interior of the car now looks like new and the quality of the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend Paul for his excellent customer service and the outstanding quality of his work..

Paul came out to my house too deep clean and repair and recolour my car seats. right from the start he was very clear and precise on how the work will be carried out and what the expectation would be after. Paul arrived on time and it's level of workmanship was exemplary. He took his time to do the work. A Very nice guy to talk to and explain the process very well as I was interested. Great value for money, trustworthy and a great all-round job. I would highly recommend Paul services and if ever I have any leather to be looked at and fixed, whether it's car or sofa or clothing I will always look to Paul. Super pleased and thanks again

Our beloved leather recliner had some serious arm and seat base damage that required replacing. Paul was amazing. His communications were swift and informative, he picked up the chair and returned it after repair, which only took 2 weeks. The result is nothing short of spectacular. The new leather is the same thickness and feel as the old and a perfect colour match. His stitching is perfect and the brass tacks that go up and down the front of each arm are more precisely nailed in than they were from new. The whole chair got a good cleaning and the mechanism has clearly been lubricated. We have been going back into our living room just to look at the chair. An old friend restored to its former glory. Cannot recommend Paul enough.

Our two 8 year old cream leather sofas had seen us well through our children's teenage years but were now looking distinctly shabby and we were toying whether or not to invest in new ones. I talked to Paul and decided to take a chance on his restoration plan. Boy am I glad I did! Paul is a thorough professional and the results are outstanding. If the sofas last another year or two this service has paid for itself, but judging on the quality of the finish these sofas will last years and years to come. I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic service! Just picked up my BMW, both front seats completely repaired with new leather, and look fantastic. Rest of interior cleaned. A very professional job and a great personal service from Paul.

What a find! Always a bit cautious when engaging someone from an internet site to undertake work for us - but Paul was a pleasure to deal with. His customer service is excellent - (so refreshing these days) and the restoration work he did on our Stressless chairs was perfect and very reasonably priced. We won't hesitate to get in touch with him if we have any leather problems in future.

The reviews were excellent, so I emailed them. Quick reply, asking for pictures and contact details. Did that, but, sadly, no response at all, despite follow up email and a text to their mobile. Very disappointed. Paul has now been in touch with me. Will update this review again.Paul did get back to me, and I will be taking the car to his workshop, when the pandemic eases....
