We have been very happy with the service here. The staff are friendly, helpful and competent. The cancellation process is absurdly complicated (which is why only 4 stars - not this store's fault) but they did their best to help us.

‘Initially went to store to browse for a new contract after my O2 contract ended (dnt get me started on that !!) anyway ended up leaving with a new phone and contract which will meet my daily requirements for a reasonable price . The service was quick and Omer was friendly and well informed on the phone features which made for a positive experience. Would definitely recommend’

This 3 store is pretty awesome if I'm honest. I went in today the 5th July and they were fairly busy so I had to wait. Which is no problem as all staff were dealing with customers. I was dealt with by Omar and his service was top notch. He assisted me with a problem I had, he could not resolve it himself but gave clear instructions how to by contacting 3. I also signed up to home broadband and again his service was excellent. He explained everything clearly and I could not be happier.Great job

Brilliant customer service from Maher at Three Wimbledon! He explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful demonstrating key features of the device I bought. He even helped me transfer my data which was very kind of him. I recommend coming here if you need help with anything. Staff are amazing!!

Incredibly cold staff. I mentioned I had an issue with a faulty mobile WiFi model I'd purchased from them and a woman with glasses told me calling customer services was my only option, made no attempt to be polite and sat there silently until I left. I said thanks for the help" which she ignored and ushered over the next customer. (There was only one other customer in the store waiting
