Often visit to pick up parts. Normally go into the BMW garage next to Mini. Had a good range of stock and was clean and tidy. Would be good to open car park up a bit to visitors as it can be tight at times and sometimes overflows to road along side.All in all though a good experience and will definitely be visiting again.

After over a week of not responding to emails from my step daughter who wanted an update on the first brand new car she has worked hard for, I call up today to find out that the person dealing with the sale has left, this is no excuse for not responding. Emails should be forwarded or checked not left for 9 days. Surely you would inform a customer that the sales person dealing with your sale has left and introduce a new member of the team... not wait for irate customers to call up then say it will be done soon.Communication as a whole has not been great, with no real reason for delays being given at any time we don't get a reason from Mini" seems the go to excuse.Were we told an early delivery date to get the sale? We will never know"

I have given 1 star because there was no option for less.I have gone into Mini twice last week. both times I was left waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone being in the showroom or reception. I had to call them on the phone for someone to come out and help me. Once I managed to see someone, they could not help me with my enquiry ( selling my car back to Mini) I was told I will receive a phone call back. Safe to say I am still waiting 12 days down the line. If the person who is rushing to call me back sees this review, I would like to let you know .... this has now been sold to a super helpful Mini dealership somewhere else.

Quite honestly the best bunch of genuine people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They have supported me throughout the process of choosing and purchasing my new car and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again in future even though I'm not local.

A great experience. we dealt with Jarques who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made our purchase effortless.Before the test drive and when doing the paperwork to confirm the sale, we were offered free drinks.When collecting the car we were made to feel like VIP's with the car nicely presented to us outside the front door.Many staff were very complimentary on our purchase.

Went on the long shot that they would have a tiny part to repair my older gen 2 BMW Mini... they did! its amazing that they still stock thousands of parts for all the generations of BMW mini! Staff are helpful and don't act like the classic car sales men that judge you as soon as you walk through the door!
