The most disgusting company I ever worked with. For starters when I was offered the job the director was so rude to me. The manager is a complete bully. Gave me hardly any training & tells me off for stuff which I’m not aware of. Nobody should have to go to work to experience such treatment. All in all I would avoid working with this company.

I have worked for Octaga for approximately 2 months. The communication for available shifts is timely and informative. Each site I've been to has provided training on arrival.Compared to other companies, the pay system is efficient and on time

Throughout the year, management, control and HR has been perfect at assisting in getting me booked on to shifts near me where available and training me up where needed. At London borough of Hillingdon civic centre in Uxbridge. I believe the security are employed by Octaga. One security supervisor in particular is called Pasquale, I can not express enough how much recognition needs to be shared. Pasquale takes his role very seriously in the correct professional manor. Pasquale is always willing to offer help and support should there be a concern.I have observed Pasquale to work closely with all of the services within Hillingdon local authority and I can honestly say, he delivers such high customer service not only with the staff but also with the general public. Should there be a concern regarding safety then Pasquale is quick to act. Not only is Pasquale a highly valued member but he also is very polite, professional and friendly. I have also observed Pasquale within challenging situations where a member of the public was demanding, making threats against Hillingdon staff and verbally abusive. Pasquale was able to calm the person down and deescalate the situation quickly.Having Pasquale apart of the security team in Hillingdon civic centre is truly comforting. Octaga should feel proud to have an employee like Pasquale.

I've worked with Octaga a year next month they've never left me without any work and always bought new opportunities to my horizon which I've grabbed with both hands. Very supportive management even from the guys higher up the food chain.. also pay Is always accurate and on time.. look no further if you show willing they'll work with you to achieve any aspirations you have to succeed in the security industry.

What a great company Octaga Security Services is. I have worked for this company for 12 years and at no time had I regretted to work for the company during that period. The management is good and they always come to your rescue when you are faced with a problem. They pay you on time and are paid fully for the hours you have worked for with no hassles. Once again what an excellent company to work for.

I've been working here for nearly three years at various different sites. I have received excellent training, uniform, and have always been provided with plenty of work. The people at Octaga are generally very friendly and helpful.
