The worst agency you can have as tenant, they don't manage the house, if something in the house breaks, they don't fix it or take ages for them to do something and per consequence loads of stress and calls to convince them to do it. My house had the door broken and they fixed it after 1 month when I got locked outside of the house in the middle of night 3am. This company also operates under the name Houseshare agency" in Manchester

They operate under the name “houseshare agency” on spare room, do not trust these people as landlords they steal from the tenants and the houses they let are infested with cockroaches and mice. Really horrible company don’t go anywhere near.

They're only interested in money. They do not respond to requests or problems with the dreadful state of their houses. Avoid at all costs

Rented a garage from these guys. All fine, no problems here.

This company also operates under the name Houseshare agency" in Manchester. This is the worst property company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with as a tenant. Several things about the property were misrepresented such as the ability to have both bathroom showers running at once (a nessecity in a property of 7 tenants)
