Great post office! Always really helpful and friendly. Khan and Arlene are amazing!

I brought a parcel in a box, but I didn’t seal it. And the lady asked me to buy a bag 2.49 for it. I was thinking it should be free return why do I need to pay for this? But I still paid for it. And I asked after, and she said as long as you sealed it. I was quite upset cause it’s just a sentence and I just need to tape it that’s all.... but she mentioned nothing.... it wasn’t that bad, but it’s just when I know it could be simply solved and no money’s needed, I am a wee upset

Ran to catch the Post Office and got their with just under two minutes to spare to hand in my pre-stamped, postage paid envelope to be told, ‘we are already closed’. The door was open and their was a customer just finishing up but I was turned away, I find this so rude as I would have been done and out by 2pm.I hope that that one minute really helped you with your afternoon off. I on the other hand am left very inconvenienced and now have to make another special trip on Monday to post my mail.I won’t use this branch again. Very unhelpful

Two of the most miserable staff I've ever met working here... Not keen to make your experience pleasant and no idea what good customer service looks like. This is the third visit to this post office and each time they've somehow managed to waste my time. Don't think for a second you'll get a lick of tape to seal one of the boxes or envelopes they'll supply you. Way too large an expense and hassle for the staff ofc...

Most miserable people working here. Worst customer service ever.

My partner posted 2 suits for Amazon returns on Easter Saturday. The post office took them but did not scan them and now we are out of £240 for missing returnsSketchy? Theivery? They offered no receipt.

This is without doubt not just the worst Post Office but the worst customer service in any shop I have ever encountered. The unhelpfulness and rudeness of staff is unexplainable. This has been a continued theme for over 1 year, every time thinking it may be better this time, but no and more often than not worse than the last. On one occasion in seeking assistance to post a special delivery letter the staff were so unhelpful and rude that they had my friend leave the store in tears. That's unacceptable. I see others have had a similar bad experiences. It is just the manner with which the staff deal with people that is so unpleasant. People are made to feel so unwelcome; from posting letters, collections, drop offs, passport applications, even getting stamps you are made to feel like you are a nuisance.There is no question I will walk the extra distance to find another rather than suffer in here again.I have to give it a star to review so it gets 1 for looking like a Post Office from the outside and for having functioning shelves.Truly awful customer service and bringing the good name of the Post Office down.
