Westminster House Dental Practice

Great dental practice. Lovely smiling faces. Everyone is polite and my dentist is thorough and explains everything to me. I feel well looked after and respected. I have been a patient for several yearsthe faces and names may change, but the standard of care is constant. I highly recommend the practiceto everyone.

STAY AWAY FROM NATALIJA !!!!!!! I am traumatised and now have a fear of dentists. She is extremely rude and will not hesitate to talk over you. Threatened to write lies about me in my medical records which is not just unacceptable but highly unprofessional. She is very rough and does not care if she hurts you!!! If you are on the NHS you will be treated differently. She does not care about making you feel comfortable and lacks compassion. As a hairdresser I understand the importance of working with people’s appearance and catering to my clients needs. After leaving me waiting for more than 10 minutes she proceeded to tell me she “didn’t have time” to complete my service.Thankfully Dr Radhika was around and very kindly completed my treatment. She was much more gentle and was a lot more understanding.Georgiana (manager) was also very kind, understanding and helpful which I am greatful for.

Always a good visit here. Nice receptionists, nice dentists, clean, well maintained premises, never upsold stuff, happy with all my dental work there.

I had invisalign treatment here and can't recommend it enough. Dr Payal is an amazing dentist - so friendly, kind and skilled. The appointments were always fast, convenient, thorough and the results were incredible! My teeth are so much straighter and whiter now and my confidence has improved massively. Thank you :)

I've been a patient of Dr Payal Shah for many years and have never had a bad experience. She is amazing and always professional but welcoming and polite. Treatment is always carefully explained and options provided without being pushy. Support staff and reception are always friendly and greet you with a smile.

Went to this practise again for the second time thinking that it was just me the first time and it can’t be that bad..It started with the smell. The room had an odd smell to it that I have never experienced anywhere before. Smelled somewhat dirty, but thought surely it can’t be.Then doctor sat me down to examine, told me which tooth she’ll work on and started.Procedure itself was ok apart from doctor resting her hand on my face when she was doing something else! She’d hold metal tools in her hand too which were pricking into my face. This was by far the roughest dentist I’ve ever been to. It felt like she kind of enjoyed hurting me.Then at the end she gave me a mirror to check the tooth and there was no change to it whatsoever.. The top of that tooth had a little crack in it which I thought she was working on all this time!!Then she explained that there was something at the back of it that she fixed and I won’t be able to see.. I paid nearly £300 for this and she didn’t even bother to put some filler on the top of that tooth in the 45mins she’s been torturing me!Then as I was leaving I noticed that the nurse was wiping the surfaces, the chair, etc with a tiny tissue that wouldn’t leave a mark, so clearly dry. She used the same one wipe for everything and then wiped the drill and other tools last with the same tissue… someone who went in after me, would have had tools with my sliver and bits from the chair and surfaces in their mouth.. and I must have had the same from the previous patient! Just awful! Surprised I did not catch any disease there. This practise needs a serious check up. Explains the smell as you walk in if it’s everybody’s body fluids mixed together for days..I would never go there again or recommend to anyone.And to top it all off, I went to hygienist the other day and they told me I have a big open hole at the back of that tooth!! I paid a lot of money for this dentist to make it even worse! AVOID!!

My experience with the practice from registering, to booking an appointment, even rescheduling and on the day experience has been nothing but positive. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and dentist Disha is gentle, explains the process very clearly and puts you at ease before starting any procedure. Strongly recommend this practice!
