I have worked at Home Instead for 9 years. I began my journey as a Care Professional and progressed to then Care Coordinator and now Care Manager. It has been a pleasure working for such a caring company who's passion is the care of the clients. When I first came to Home Instead I had not worked in care before, the training programme provided me with support and gave me the confidence to fulfil this new role, Home Instead have continued to offer support and training through my progression. I have always felt valued as a member of the team and continue to love working for a fantastic company.

Our family had the privilege of receiving Care for Dad from the Home Instead Elderly Care team up untill Dad passed away in March 2021.DAD'S TEAM coordinated by Lynne Bendall (so efficient and excellent) looked after him for about 9 months untill he passed away at home with the support of the Palliative Care team and extra visits from Home Intead.It was clear from everyone how highly regarded "Home Instead" are especially by the staff at Burton Hospital and Midland Partnership.DAD'S start was typical: He had a fall

I can highly recommend the Home Instead team in Burton. They looked after my father for two years with the upmost professionalism and care. They helped him to stay in his own home when his health was failing, and the team became his friends, not just carers.

I worked for Home Instead Burton for 5 years having never worked in care before. The training and support I received was excellent and there was always someone to call upon if I had any issues. They genuinely value their caregivers as much as their clients and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new career in care or to anyone already working in care but looking for a new challenge.

I have recently had to use the services of Home Instead Burton on Trent. From the outset I was extremely impressed with the service they provided and how quickly they were able to react and to support our ever changing needs. However what impressed me most was how the whole team worked together as one and how supported we felt throughout our time together. The ladies who looked after my mother in law were professional and caring and she was treated with the up most respect and care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Home Instead Burton. They have cared for mum for many years and have been just lovely to her (and to me). Always willing to go the extra mile, flexible in approach, attentive to mum's changing needs and basically just brilliant. I live many miles away and have been grateful so many times when I have needed someone to rely on that we chose Home Instead. I have recommended them to others and would not hesitate to continue to do so. Just terrific.

There is an amazing team at Home Instead Senior Care, Burton on Trent. Always helpful, always going above and beyond and always willing to do the extras that help clients and their families. In my case, I live 200 miles away and both the management and care staff were only a call away if I needed someone to help my cousin, sometimes at very short notice. I cannot speak too highly of them all, they were wonderful for the 11 years that I was associated with them.
