I was always very resistant to meditation. Never thought it would be something that would make a difference for me, that I could be consistent with and just didn’t see what could possibly be so special about it. Little did I know how much I needed it!Having always struggled with anxiety and stress-related health issues, I can honestly say doing the Vedic Meditation Course with Sam was one of the best and most important decisions of my life. Sam’s teachings and guidance through the whole process is uncomplicated, clear and supportive, during and after the course. There’s no guilt or pressure involved, no craving for overachievement or fear of failing some sort of imaginary test. Sam’s relaxed and empathetic nature is the cherry on top of what is, in itself, a beautiful journey to embark on.After 3 months of practice, I’m sleeping better, my anxiety is pretty much gone, and am overall calmer and more grounded. Pretty much the best I felt in my entire life, and that’s all thanks to Sam. I was very lucky that all stars aligned so that my first meditation experience would be under Sam’s wing. The value I got out of it is unmeasurable and a true blessing. Grateful beyond words. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to join in the magic of Meditation!

I came to learn Vedic meditation with Sam after 18 months of living with Long Covid. I had been meditation the whole time prior and found some benefit in this, but I didn't notice much difference in my symptoms and I struggled with consistency. It took me a few months to decide to sign up with Sam and he never pushed me, but told me to listen to my intuition and decide for myself what's best for me. After 10 days of meditating, I have experienced the best sleep since before my illness, my pain levels have reduced and I feel calmer about the situation I am in. Sam is kind, gentle and extremely knowledgable. His course is 100% worth the money and he genuinely cares for your LIFETIME meditation journey, not just getting you through the course.For anyone with a chronic illness, I would urge you all to have a free call with Sam to see whether this technique could help you too.I look forward to my Vedic meditation journey.Thank you Sam!

I went on the meditation retreat to Portugal and can't even begin to describe how amazing it was. The people were really nice, food was awesome and Sam is a genuine caring teacher. On top of that, the meditation (rounding) retreat brought up to a calm state unlike anything I had experienced previously. I finally seem to get what meditation is about. Can highly recommend Sam as a teacher and / or his retreats!

I would highly recommend this meditation course with Sam!I’d been keen to try meditation for many years, to combat stress as well as misophonia. Not only did this course help with both, but it has also expanded my knowledge on states of consciousness and enabled me to explore new aspects of my spirituality.In the first two sessions, Sam went through every detail of how to meditate, what to expect, how to react to thoughts and feelings during meditation, when it’s best to meditate, and in what settings. He gave tips on how to meditate in public so that the practice can be incorporated into everyday life. We then went into a guided meditation, where I sank into a deeply relaxed state. For the rest of the day I felt the most relaxed I had in years and slept for 14 hours that night! In the other sessions Sam and I discussed my experiences so far of meditating, with Sam giving helpful pointers and tips for how to build on those experiences. We also went through in detail the theories of mind and consciousness at the core of meditation.Sam has an incredible knowledge on the topic and a really lovely way of teaching - both accessible and professional. His support is ongoing after the course - he’s on hand to answer any questions that come up after the course and holds group meditations every week, free for those who’ve taken the course.I feel fully equipped with a new skill I can practice for the rest of my life. Although I’ve been meditating for less than a month I already feel like there’s a lot less stress and a lot more bliss in my life thanks to Sam!

I took a meditation class with Sam a month ago and still can't believe I've been meditating twice a day for 20 minutes ever since. Previously, I tried numerous YouTube meditations and meditation apps, and I never found an approach to meditation. Sam is a very caring and fantastic teacher who makes it very easy to get involved in meditation. After the course, there is continued free guidance and support from him, which is something I have never experienced before.Since my first Vedic meditation, I feel that something is changing in my body. And I assume that this is my GameChanger on my way to recover from my chronic illness.For those who have been struggling to meditate so far, I highly recommend booking a class with Sam, it will completely change your image of meditation!

Sam is a highly capable, empathetic and inspiring teacher. I'd tried learning to meditate for many years and it was only with him that I could finally build a habit and begin to enjoy the results. Sam cares about his students, and strikes a good balance between being calm and informative. Patient and knowledgeable, and presenting age old wisdom in a modern and accessible way. Recommended.

I took Sam’s on demand meditation course over 3 months ago, and more recently did the full Vedic meditation course. I really look forward to meditating, which I do twice a day, as I can really feel the immediate benefits of relaxation and calmness. I know it has been a key factor in my partial recover from ME/CFS and has helped me get a different perspective on my life. I tried guided meditation before with Apps and videos, but I just didn’t get it and thought it wasn’t for me. Sam demonstrated the benefits of Vedic meditation without being pushy about where I wanted to take it. He’s always there if you have a question, or want to check in, and the twice weekly group meditations are great to make contact with others who are on similar journeys. If you are at all interested in meditation I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I started training with Sam back in June and after 15 years of practicing traditional mindfulness meditation, found his Vedic approach to be such a massive relief. I used to struggle to sit for 10-15 minutes a day and now I actually enjoy setting aside two 20-min increments to meditate under the method that Sam instructs.The addition of breath work as a pre-cursor to the meditation I found especially helpful...There's something powerful about meeting with an experienced meditator, earning their method and having the time to go deeper into your practice. Apps just can't give you that!Well worth your money and time if you're serious about mental health and wellbeing.

I have been meditating for over a year now and have noticed change in my reaction to situations that I have always feared and people who cause me anxiety, whilst the fear hasn’t entirely left me, but I have started to look at the situation more objectively and have manage to choose my reaction, choosing to be more courageous and engage in conversation instead feeling afraid and angry, I made a conscious choice to not to allow others to disrupt my bliss and trigger my anxiety as they have done for over 30 years. For me, the difference has been to be in awareness of what and who triggers me and this has come through practicing meditation I have a long way to go. I think meditation has given me the capacity to slow down, reflect and plan my reaction in this situation….. much more work to do. Thank you Sam
