Nikki made me feel comfortable immediately and the room was warm and relaxing. After discussing my needs it was on to the bed and the massage began. Nikki is very professional and I felt she got to the crux of my ‘niggles’ straight away. Following the massage I had accupuncture also for the 1st time! All i can say overall is wow.... I went in like Old Mother Hubbard and came out like Bambi.....brilliant massage and treatment. Ive booked to go back next week for a shoulder/back massage. Id highly reccommend.

I had my first session with Nikki today and it was the best Sports Massage experience I’ve had. She is so thorough and professional, and everything she does is tailored around what’s right for you and what your body needs. The atmosphere is lovely and she instantly puts you at ease. It’s obvious how knowledgable she is and the dedication she has to her profession. Really impressed with the whole experience and can’t wait for my next visit!

Nicola was excellent. I developed an issue just before going on holiday and she quickly diagnosed the issue, she was patient and Thorough. Heated oil, heated bed, did stretching after the sports massage and told me what muscle to work on - really good - and I had no issues on holiday. Highly recommended.
