Definitely experts in what they do & have provided us with a great friendly service all the way through. Their support team is excellent, with real trained people picking up the phone from the start, and you get to talk to the same people each time! They were also happy to show us every product side by side so we could compare, showing us the pro's and con's of each.Although a few others provided us with a cheaper up front cost, the long term cost with Videocentric will surely be far cheaper than someone who may have sold us the wrong kit, or messed up our network. We would definitely recommend.
