Having normally bought all this stuff online previous I can safely say I will never buy online again. The quality of the products in this store a way better and the manager Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not even worried about my health any more as Mike explained that if you only buy the quality products there's no nasty surprises

Came in today and bought my first e cig, the lady that helped me (sorry can’t remember you name) was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped me on my first step to switch from smoking to vaping. Will definitely go back to this store

I visited Totally Wicked and was unsure as to whether buying a vaporiser would be a sound investment.The expertise of the staff was highlighted by their recommendations which were tailored to my needs and having the chance to test various products allowed me to find the perfect product.I left completely satisfied that I had made the correct choice, the staff were knowledgeable and considerate with the Store Manager leading by example.I would not hesitate to recommend the store to anyone.

Excellent customer service! I tried vaping numerous times in the past but didn't like any flavours offered as I wanted it to be very similar to real tobacco. James offered me to try various tobacco flavours and found one I really like, American red tobacco, now my husband and I are both vaping, thanks to James' help.

James is brilliant so friendly and helpful. I really like the fact he's made a conscious effort to get to know me as a customer. He knows my name and the kind of liquids I prefer. He's always there if something isn't quite working right and knows just how to fix it. I recently went in with a broken cylinder and James got it all sorted in no time at all. Happy to keep going to this place as I know they'll look after me and it's local #winner ! Thanks James (It's Anna btw)

Went in this morning and walked out with a full kit and several oils, referred 2 people as well so got several oils free! The gentleman working there was very helpful and knowledgeable and let me try several models and oils before deciding. Thanks for your help!
