I made the order on 27th of MAY from Greece. They apologized because it seamed like the parcel had been stuck with customs.I cancelled my order because of the delay and i asked for a refund. They returned my money back very quickly.

DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE!There was no option to not give any stars unfortunately.This “clothing shop” needs to be reported.Robbing SCUM. Claiming they haven’t received returned orders.Don’t send order confirmation or that your order will be delivered. Customer service is no existent. If I didn’t live so far away I’d be going to the address to get my money back.BEWARE!!!!

**SCAMMERS**Avoid at all cost. They sent the item 2 weeks after expected delivery date I returned the item and they refuse to acknowledge the return. No contact from them even after many emails that was sent by myself **SCAMMERS***

Absolute joke of a shop. From what I can gather I think they rely on people returning items, then they don’t refund them and then just continue to sell the returned item in whatever state they are returned. I received a pair of D&G trainers ordered as a gift and they were clearly worn, the box is yellow from I hope damp, the box is beaten, there’s no authorisation card at all, the shoes have signs of wear and are dirty. The shoe box also included someone else’s shipping details cut from a bag which obviously was put in from the person who sent for a refund. I have contacted them regarding this and have received absolutely nothing. They don’t bother to contact you

I have been to visit the store after it said it was open online. The shutters have been down both time that I have been. The eeson I went was to return an item. I also sent emails that I never heard a response from. And the contact number that is on Google no longer works.I have returned my parcel to the address stated on your website and not recieved any confirmation that it has been recieved .Completely disappointed with the lack of customer service especially when the products are very fairly priced.All you had to do was respond.

Quick delivery, awful returns. Avoid at all costsGot some stuff in the sale, really quickly delivered. Returns have been a nightmare. First off, their phone number is disconnected so don't bother calling. Secondly, the shop was closed when royal mail tried to deliver the returns so they ended up back with me the first time. As I couldn't get hold of anyone, I got a template from Which? stating I would take legal action. Low & behold a reply came.saying they'd assess the return. Despite repeated attempts to get hold of them over a 3 week period I jist went to my credit card company who issued the refund.Clearly struggling to refund so they're likely in trouble as a business

Awful service. They sent us the wrong pair of shoes and the customer support is non existent. We have asked how to resolve this and get refunded / replaced and heard nothing. We will have to start a chargeback process with our provider if this continues.

I bought 3 sweatshirts ONE AND A HALF MONTH AGO. I have emailed a lot of times asking if my order has been shipped. Someone finally replied and said it would be shipped in a few days. Guess what? IT HASNT.I've been emailing for the past MONTH asking to cancel my order as they still have not shipped it. NO REPLY AT ALL.Oh also the phone number also doesn't work.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. they're a SCAM.

Scam! I ordered from here 3 weeks ago and nothing has been sent. They refuse to acknowledge emails and are clearly scammers. Do not order from here as this is not a legitimate business.

I had a very pleasant experience with them. Ordered over the week end and got the item on Wednesday. I was able to find a pair of shoes for almost half the price than in other shops. They arrived quickly and they are perfect.
