Lovely hotel staff can't do enough for you. The food is all excellent, it is hot and tasty, cannot fault it. The location is good at the start of the golden mile. Tram stop across the road.

Conveniently sitiated on the promenade close to a tram stop near to the South pier. No frills Hotel but clean and excellent value for money. Would stay again.

We went for a family wedding, Lovely rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was great. The reception venue was gorgeous.For me, it was too far south and I would normally stay that far down. But, the tram stops were very close.if we want a quiet blackpool getaway, I will choose to stay at The Carousel 100%.

Great friendly service and as our room was ready early we were able to check in early. The only problem with the room sink hadn't been cleaned properly had toothpaste and shaving gel in it, the door did not lock on the inside part was missing so if someone had a master or spare key they could get in the room, I travel with a travel lock just in case.

Large sea view room but the shower room is very tiny for me even though I'm small. The lift is old fashion style and was going to film it but it wasn't working during the check-out time so had to carry it all the way down.

Cheap and cheerful, parking is on street but free, can be a hassle to get a spot. Great location, basic facilities but what else do you expect? No lift, shower is tiny, no plugs by the bed, but there was a fan in the room. Breakfast was good, budget done well and was always fresh

Lovely hotel and right across the road from a tram stop which was very helpful. Service and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but still has everything we needed. Location was abit out of the way (down from south pier) but that suited us better as it was away from the hustle and bustle and was quieter especially having a 2 year old. Would definitely stay here again!
